I rebuild and sell bikes regularly and meet TONS of people to buy and sell. I have some real life interactions that make this seem extremely tame. I once had a guy very adamant about showing me a bike would roll start even though I told him I was going to rebuild it anyway and he proceeds try and pullstart it by his buddy pulling him with his truck while he hung on to the side of the attached horse trailer while sitting on the bike. He immediately got pulled over the bars and flipped under the wheels of the tadem axle trailer and his friend ran his ass over and had to have emergency surgery.

This is scarily accurate to most craigslist deals 😂

I picked up a 96 yz 125 for $675 on Craigslist in Post Falls, Idaho. The guy needed money for his rent so he was selling his bike really cheap. It ran like a top and needed nothing but VP race fuel to keep going. 💪
