Hi! Thank you for taking the time to share your video! I have a question for you. I purchased my Goyard on eBay and it was guaranteed AUTHENTIC. The serial number is on the pouch strap and on the inside of the pouch? Do you think because it is on the inside of the much makes it a fake? I paid a lot for it to be a fake!
Erica Locklear no I wouldn’t say that would make it fake. Some models have the serial number on the inside of the pouch, but the numbers should be super discrete. Does it check off all the other boxes for it being authentic ? I hope so!
$5 is a giveaway. But at least you saved someone else from buying a fake and it didn’t cost you much. Hopefully you can get yourself one at Goyard one day as it truly is a wonderful bag and exceptional quality. 😘
I wouldnt buy designer from thrift as nobody donates a real designer bag because it can be sold for substantial cash. The fact that was sold for 5 bucks means their internal team had alrdy gone thru the authentication process. Thrift shops have great vintage pieces though. I think it's a sign for u to go out and buy yourself a genuine goyard as you can obviously appreciate this brand after so much research .... i learnt so much about this brand through you. Melissa Ong That’s not necessarily true. I’ve found one authentic piece at a thrift store. Also, two of my friends that live in California and Ohio find authentic items at thrift stores all the time.
I agree. That's not true, you'll be surprise what will you find at the thrift store. As an avid thrifter, I've found several authentic purse and luxury items at the thrift store. Also the "authentication teAm" at the thrift store are most likey not an actual authenticators
