A 8 year old s class with 100k miles in incredibly low miles , Not uncommon to see this up for sale with double that miles

It is in the United States...these cars scare people and thus the value after warranty is out drops pretty hard

@@turnneright, which is great if you’re in a market for one , I just bought 2015 S550 with 80K miles for $29.000 (was $120.000 new) , one senior couple owner car , looks almost new , car like this would cost me €70.000 back home in Europe … God bless the USA 😊

@@damirzanne True...but repairs are still on the scale of the car when new. Been there done that. If you can manage the maintenance and repairs a 4-5 year old full size Mercedes/BMW is a great buy as they are wonderful cars when all is good

I don’t know about GB, but I was born and raised in Europe and owned and drove many different Mercedes models , for Mercedes like this one you have , I don’t consider high mileage nothing under 200K miles … this car, if serviced and maintained properly, will go over 400K miles, and then some

@@ShaaakARregardless if it’s US, UK or Zanzibar , 100K is not high mileage for that car … 100K is high mileage for 3 cylinder Wartburg , not S class Mercedes …if someone tells you that’s a high mileage for that car , he knows nothing about Mercedes , don’t even waste your time on the clown , tell him to go pound sand , and go buy himself a Toyota … and you keep enjoying your Benz …

I can’t tell if it’s good or bad based on mileage, you will need to inspect the condition of the car and it’s history.

That’s a high mileage, but it all depends how well was it maintained, if it was taken care of , serviced regularly, and fixed when needed , it’ll run , but you can expect to have some repairs in the near future … I have S550 , and I have credit card with $5000 limit on it , dedicated only to my car, if something comes up , I’m ready … remember , it’s a $100.000 luxury vehicle, even if you paid $5000 for it , you’ll still be maintaining and servicing $100K luxury vehicle

My 2015 Lexus Gs had 188K mile in odo 😂. I just had AC servo motor issue. And replaced the AC fan. It doesn't break at all, Superb quality in overall. Since u have quite experience in cars, is the reliability difference between Lexus and Mercedes is huge ??
