Get those speakers out a few feet from the walls and your happiness will multiply. One suggestion for small spaces: Put the speakers on sliders and move them out for listening, then return them to the 'storage' position. When you are ready to move up three or four notches, go over to GR-Research and check out the speaker kits that takes all the cheap parts out of the equation. You've got the Mc, so.......move on up.

I just bought the MA9000..... I am super happy with it!!! Congrats on the MA12000 !! I see you have the Cambridge VX2..... I just bought mine last week... But I wonder if i shoud have bought the cocktail N25.. Your thought?
@@mcintoshkid is it me... but the DAC in the McIntosh sounds so much better than the DAC in the Cambridge? The McIntosh sounds so much more full and natural.
@@superprim12 yes i totally agree,th ma 12000 sounds naturel and warm,,it shoud have streamer build in..haha..well i allways connect my surface tablet to the audio usb, and listen to tidal mqa this way,,
@@mcintoshkid The MA12000 will "sound" like any other amplifier that's been properly built. In fact, amplifiers just reproduce the signal. The speakers is the only thing that will alter the sound. Don't be an idiot.
@@omgwtfpwnd You sure have strong opinions! But, as an audiophile who has tried many different cables, both speaker and interconnects, power cords, fuses, all of them make a difference. You are only broadcasting your ignorance in saying that none of those things matter. It can be proven you are incorrect in 5 minutes.
Congrats on your purchase! I’m still new to audio, do you know if the MA12000 can power a turntable or do you still need to purchase a phono stage in addition. I wasn’t able to tell for sure from the website
@@mcintoshkid I've had a Revox when I was a kid. Connected to the B&W matrix 805(they are on one of my vids). I loved Revox and switched to NAD now. The master series looks a bit like Revox did.
hi ,i do not like roon,i tested roon ,and i can tell you it sucks,,at least for me,it is to expencive, and it messes up with your system on your pc.. be careful with roon..thx fro your words.
@@ceeceeong6375 gotta buy from a place out of state that won’t charge you tax. My FRIEND is in California and HE beats their bs sales tax all the tIMe...
@@mcintoshkid I worked out the other day that even allowing for exchange rate and our 10% goods tax it’s still $7,000 higher than it should be. I guess that’s the “Aussie Premium” being tacked on 🤨
Katastrophe, 17000 Euro verstärkt und 10 Euro Verkabelung. Und die Aufstellung ist nicht optimal. Ich kann das mir nicht angucken, aber Hauptsache Macintosh.
