From my first test drive over a month ago i was very impressed with the Honda e. From the way it felt on the road to all the tech and modern looks it just won me over, and so it had to be my first electric car.

Hey stavros, the charging from about 80 to a 100% takes much longer than 0-80 %, its just how batteries work :) Also charging to a 100% is not great fo battery degredation wise. Have fun!

Amazing buy, love the look on the Honda e. It looks like a classic car with its boxy front and rear --- reminds me of the Lancia Delta or Peugeot 205. Add to that the wooden dash.

First time I saw one of those in a garage I thought it was a mk1 golf awesome looking car As for the camera mirrors I look forward to Mercedes fitting them to the vans the newest vans have put smaller mirrors on that don’t get knocked of so easy but the quater window interfears with the view in the mirror the Ford transit newest gen had great mirrors for driving but forever getting knocked off. Mirror cams are going to be the future for cars and trucks all round I think Great car and great vids

Congratulations ! :) Thanks for wonderful review as always. I might be wrong, however the maximum charging time on "fast charge" is 45 minutes. That's why it's stops charging after this time and you have to move the car or pay the penalty.

I have a 2010 Shogun (I live in a VERY rural part of Britain)..cost £10k. A 2004 Renault Megane CC.. cost..£500 and a 1985 Citroen CX.. cost £1500... £12k total, less than half the cost of an EV and a fraction of the hassel. We had an 11 day powercut here in December...I think I'll stick with my current fleet!!

I like the look, design and all the features! Electric cars haven't really appealed to me yet but I can already see the benefits! The range does seem short but how many 100+ mile trips do we actually do? I know most of my trips are 10 miles or less any longer trips could easily be broken up by charge stops, so it's a non issue really!😎👍

Cool car I do like the looks. But personally due to the range I drive also needing larger car I’ll probably be sticking with diesel probably till hydrogen is released properly or a hybrid maybe. But looks like an awesome car for city town or trips that you are happy to spend a lot of time waiting on Charging.

Do the mirror cameras have heating though? If not, they don't sound like a lot of fun during winter when there's ice, snow, cold temperatures etc. Might not be an issue in warmer countries, but here in Finland I definitely wouldn't want to replace heated mirrors with cameras, unless the cameras are heated too.

18:15 I do not know for the Honda E (I live in Canada, and we won't get this car so I guess I'll never know) but my Nissan Leaf will usually stop at 97-98% on Fast Charge. It's actually a battery protection.

I understand the camera side mirrors but the camera rear view is surely technology for the sake of it? There are so many unnecessary gadgets in the car guzzling power I wonder what the range would be without them

Yes there will be more and more coming, it would be great though if there were more fast chargers about, a lot of 22kW chargers around but more 50kW and above would be better
