I actually have a radial arm saw I would sell since I don't use it. #rigid You got a nice deal. Fan needs air behind it. Cuts nicely.

Sadly radial arm saws don’t have much monetary value but can be extremely useful! New sliding miter saws have replaced them in most shops. AC is in the works for the shop! I’ll be living down there once that happens! LoL

True somewhat but i find myself Using my ras more then my table saw including ripping thin cuts. Mine is a craftsman i got at sears close out store about 15 years ago I also have a grizzly table saw and a jet table saw a 2017 version hybrid saw the grizzly is a 3hp cabnits saw. It was new when i bought it in 2002 but its never been plugged in its a 240 volt motor And i do not have 240 volt outlet to use it on the jets s 120 volt saw. It was 850 new now they are close to 2k the jet was 1500 new. My son your age won it and gave it to me. Estate sales Craigslist or tool sales good place to pick up good used equipment. I don't have a FB account so I can't use it.

on marketplace, i PU an electronic craftsman radial arm saw with a killer miter guage that was included....$25....added neg hook blade for safety and smooth cuts

I guess it depends on where you are. Around here RA saws are going for between $25 and $45 and they are plentiful.

Oh definitely! I’ve seen some super cheap ones too but nowhere near as nice for the price! Usually I see $50 but man they’re ripped up! This was my first time seeing a Rigid and since I had a Rigid Table saw… it was meant to be! Thanks for watching!

Ive seen them for free but i own 2 of them. Keep watching youtube there is a guy who made a jig to cut perfect 45 dgr miter every time with the saw set at 90dgr and you can use it to make picture frames cut like its crown moldings.
