@edithobrien7118 Issey Miyake's A drop d'Issey has a lovely purple lilac. On my skin it comes out as fresh, real. But it's not everyone's cup of tea, as it's quite a creamy, soapy fragrance. It has a solar note that truly shines (no pun intended 😊), adding to the creaminess. I absolutely love it for bedtime and in summer when I want a clean girl vibe (usually I'm more into heavy fruity, heavy floral, Gourmand or Middle Eastern fragrances), but it definitely isn't a typical designer perfume. Maybe test it out first. They have an eau fraiche version too.

@NokulungaMacu-uq8qu 😮Golden Decade only 2 hours??? I have the absolute worst skin for perfume - very dry and perfume eating. The majority of fragrances don't last beyond 2 to 3 hours. But Golden Decade lasts 6 to 8hrs on me! I really hope they've not changed the formula. Can I give you a tip? Golden Decade in particular, but Violet Blossom in a lesser way are very, very popular. GD especially is constantly sold out. Why I'm babbling about this? Well, as it is, fragrances need to macerate during the creative process - in the factory. However, most brands that have a popular product rather push out new batches than that they watch the quality process. As a result the necessary maceration gets left behind first. Sometimes they get a week, sometimes nothing. If you still get an alcohol blast with one of them they got zero decent maceration. If they're really weak compared to what you've heard others say: maybe a week. So, seeing as you've tried them out already the best thing you could do is some home maceration. Just put them back in the box - if you still have them, that's better for quality -, put them in a closed off wardrobe/closet/drawer as long as they're in the dark and can stand up. 45 days (6wks) is normal maceration for most notes, some need 2 to 6 weeks extra. But let them sit for a while and then try again. They should be better then. All your fragrances get stronger the longer you have them anyway, so throwing out perfumes for lacking strength should only be done after you've tested again with a maceration process. Best examples on my part: CK Euphoria, Pascal Morabito- Perle Royale and YSL Libre EDT. I've many more examples of weak stuff that became strong, or of which notes became clearer. But these three weren't just weak, like scented water vibes, but I didn't like them at all. A new Spring season later and I wear them all the time. With the Libre edt one of my all time favourite perfumes all of a sudden. Maceration doesn't just make things stronger, but creates a better balance of notes, or pops out notes that earlier weren't noticeable. Anyway, hope this helps.

You deserve to hear something from customer service. Don’t feel bad for putting this out there. It’s her fragrance and the brand is a reflection, so therefore she needs to know what’s going on with the brand and their customer service. I was going to get venom of love myself, but the customer service is bad like that? I probably won’t then. Thanks for saying something!

Absolutely she should be pushing her fragrance! I have a decant of it and it really is very lovely. Definitely an easy reach and everyday kind of scent imo

I’ll say what I say to my children, if you don’t have any to big nice to say then don’t say anything at all. Creating a fragrance is a huge accomplishment and she is her main marketing source as she began on RU-vid so it makes sense
