I sincerely congratulate you! Big WOW!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 The progress has been so impressive in the past few months, your home is beautiful. I love the colour and the use of the wood and stone. Very tasteful. You took a big risk - uncompleted building on a hard to access site. You could not be certain of the quality of the foundation and the works already done! So essentially you are begining afresh. We are all witness to you being meticulous and methodical at each stage. We saw your clear eyed focus and innovative problem solving. You have demonstrated repeatedly that direct supervision of a project is key to its success. Issues like rainy season and currency fluctuation affect everybody, but if you are on site regularly you deter so many problems: the unreliable artisans, missing materials and the 'trusted' family members who woukd otherwise chop your hard earned money. These demoralising things stop other house builders for YEARS. This building is a testament to your tenacity. You should be so proud. Thank you for sharing your journey. One question- your friend who sold you the plot, the one who could not finish, have they seen the house? What is his/ her reaction?!
