I BOUGHT DEFECTIVE MAKEUP... HERE'S HOW IT WENT 

I saw these on Mercari for $75 to over $100 and wasn't sure where they came from. Now that I know I can't believe the resellers are so greedy they are selling defective palettes for 3 times (or more) more than what they paid. Kinda disgusting. And some sellers aren't even disclosing the defective part. Great video though!

I got my defective shade in the weirdos palette replaced but I was able to continuously revive the color when I wanted to use it before I got the replacement. I put a few drops of rosehip seed face oil (just what I had on hand) in it to it became usable again. Maybe you could play around with the totally dead shades to try to revive them a bit. Mine dried out eventually again anyway but if I didn't get the replacement I probably would've just kept using the oil.

Also could u maybe make a TikTok showing some of your fav brushes for shimmers? I never know what kind of brush to apply shimmers with & when I use my fingers I feel like I don’t get to be as precise as I’d like

Considering the fact that most of the shades don’t work it was little too pricey. Should be 15-20 $ tops.

Honestly that one you repressed is SO soft anyway, it exploded just sitting in my drawer. That palette is gorgeous though! I tried to repress the Complex shades that are busted and they immediately dried back up but I am so going to try the oil hacks people have mentioned because they’re really beautiful too. Love your look! 💜✨

I put pigment drops into the ruined shadows it revives them to allow you to use them but then you have to do it everytime you want to use them. Also be wary because my two first shades in my unforseen palette have completely dried so yours potentially could too

My bundle shows up today 😅 I’m still kind of excited though! I don’t have don’t be jelly, so I got that one and I think only one or two shades is bad, so I feel like that was a good deal!

part of me wanted the holographic palette but I guess I'm glad it sold out before I could get it, idk. I can't see myself paying $80+ for it- that's just too much for shades I'm not personally choosing.

I bought these because Unearthly made an IG post saying these are palettes they never got to sell but are selling at a discount. I never saw the live where she talked about them** and so I bought this exact bundle as you. Color me surprised when half of the shades are completely dry and hardened. I had no idea that "Defect" meant the shadows would be unusable, I thought it was more about the packaging or another issue - because what makeup brand would sell cosmetics that you can't use??? So I am very unhappy with my purchase.

I bought the complex/ don't be jelly combo. I wonder if duraline or some kind of mixing medium would help. So won't be doing this again lol. Edit : nothing works not duraline or tape. None of the shades work either at this point except the silver lol. Hopefully the formula has been fixed because its being released now .

Do u spray the brush then pick up the shade with wet brush or do u pick up the shade then spray?

So disappointed in this brand. Purchased the defective unforeseen bundle and ended up with more defective shades then originally listed. The shades listed as defective were only Sudden and Random when she did the live but I ended up with my shades in Stun and Surprising also not working. Not to mention my entire complex palette was unusable (even the silver is a dud). So altogether I received 4 shades for $45 🤦🏾‍♀️. I emailed the brand and they argued that they disclosed the extra defective shades (Stun and Surprising) which they did not. They offered me a $5 store credit and said they would do no more. Not to mention I bought this on a store credit due to having to return the $100 mystery box due to a leaking liquid lipstick globe and a strong chemical smell.
