The last item was like a TENS machine, I had one of those for my back pain, and it really helps. You don’t have to have it on a high setting to work. It really depends on how high your pain is. After a while you don’t even notice the sensation, if that happens you shouldn’t turn it higher up, only if it isn’t controlling the pain anymore. Maybe you should try it again and then put it one setting lower then the setting you started feeling the sensation. Although you don’t feel it, it still can work, because your brain is still processing those little shocks. Hope it’s going to help you with your cramps 👍🏻

Hi Sophie:) I have come up with a pretty cool video idea, I don’t think anyone has done it. It could be called google controlls my outfits for a week, you would go on google and for example search up ‘moons and star tee shirts’ and click on ‘shopping’ and what ever tee shirt comes up you have to buy:) and same with all the other items of clothes. Just an idea thought it was quite cool🥰

It takes a while to get used to the Livia thing, I also hated it at first but now I use it every month. It's pretty much the only thing that eases cramps (it definitely doesn't make them go away completely) but for someone who would literally be sick from the pain, it's been such a good purchase

That foundation seems like such a scam- it says it’s ‘custom’ but I bet they’ve only got like three shades and the quiz just says which one u get, and it makes u think that it’s ur fault if you get the wrong shade when actually they just have a tiny shade range. You were completely right, the period pain thing is exactly like a TENS machine, I use one on a regular basis due to chronic pain. There are 2 things to note about tens machines, there are two types, on that simulates a sensation (tapping, stroking, brushing, pulsing) and the one most known is the one that blocks the pain signals from reaching the receptors in your brain, I think, based on the sensation you had, it was most likely the sensation simulator one, to help with moderate to severe pain, the pain signal blocker one is best, that would be why it didnt help when your cramps got more severe, the sensation one is mainly there to distract your mind from the mild pain but for more severe pain definitely invest in one with buttons to increase levels rather than change sensation, I got mine on Amazon for around £30 really inexpensive and a lifesaver!! Sorry this was long but I hope it helps! 💛

If something comes up recommended that you have previously searched for, then that’s what “cookies” are for, basically takes your search data and generates add’s that suit you🙈

I have those palettes and the orange one is my new favorite work eyeshadow palette! It's pretty and not too boring, but not too out there for my office dress code. I love the blue and purple one too for days off or a tiny pop of purple at work.

I'm gonna buy them but in Hello Kitty version hihi. I'm 64 but still have pimples now&then, it's no fun at that age!! So this can make it a bit more funnier ROFL!!! Those 'hoop' earrings (1 bleu and 1 pink) are my fave!! I like different earrings on each side, it give you an edgy look!!!! Hi Sophie! I'm not sure if you'll read this, but a way you can get rid of the texture of the drink is by mixing it in hot water (and letting it cool in the fridge after, unless you want to drink it hot haha), and make sure to mix it in right away or else it'll clump up pretty quickly. :) Also, I personally mix it with a fork in order to break up all the clumpy bits. I drink water with protein powder, but they're a very similar consistency so I think it applies here as well. Hopefully this helps! EDIT: just saw the giveaway information and i want to join!!
