Matt Taylor he’s had the chances to actually buy a proper bass boat, Phoenix, skeeter etc. it’s kinda aggravating cause he always chooses the shitty boats
Matt Taylor I guarantee you he didn’t pay a dime for that boat, they probably said we will give you this boat for free if you openly promote the brand and where it came from on your channel, I would take a free bait as well
Fish he doesn’t get a ranger, skeeter, or Phoenix because they’re mostly fiberglass boats. He’s said in past videos that he likes the aluminum boats better because he doesn’t have to worry about expensive fiberglass work
Edgeville Mafia yeah, the googan’s should communicate what they are going to say better on their channels to get their stories straight. Jon says he bought the dream boat, AP says in his video how they all just got their new sponsored boats. Flair has the video title that he bought his dream boat but then in the actual video says it was the sponsor hook up
@@fulldangle If it's the pro-v limited they start at $59,900 - I thought the same thing as you, and looked.. I'll stick with my 20k aluminum tracker for now. I like his boat, but out of my budget
Hey Jon, Never got to say thank you for the heart on my comment on your creek fishing video like one or two weeks ago. You really do inspire and keep up the good work!!😂😂 P.S I caught my PB largemouth last week a good 3-5 pounder on a spinning rod and reel with a worm😀😀😀😀😀 (Edit) Thx for the likes and congrats everyone!! The heart I had from Jon did make my day!! Thx Jon anyway!!
Having those jump seats in the back is amazing! this is exactly what i've been hoping to see in a boat, having a wife and two kids we can still all get in the boat and use as family, and still have tons of space for fishing. Sign me up!
Clearwater Fishing omg absolutely a STUD of a boat no matter what. Last forever and can be good for anything you want. The boat used to last longer than the interior, but now it’s made of fiberglass so it lasts forever. The V hull makes for great fishing no matter what. Would totally recommend!
LUND has made great boats for along time, I remember fishing with my uncle in his LUND when I was a young boy and the boat was already well used. Well built for sure.
Been waiting for an upload!! Love the vids man!!! I recently just hopped out of my comfort zone and started a fishing channel also. Keep up the good work man!
“Were not gonna fully open her up” next thing he does put the throttle to the floor waves are splashing everywhere yeah Jon sure it rips and it wasn’t “fully open” 😂😂
A few things, i work on boats/rig them mainly Regals and Benningtons. I'm quite certain the nut on your trolling motor "leg stand" that's what keeps it from bouncing around going down the water or road it's suppose to be tight against the piece it is screwed through. If that's the height you want it. It is adjustable however you want it tho. Secondly when you were in the back of the boat looking in engine battery compartment there is no switch in there that should make your motor trim, that's the thing you did and said "something you shouldn't have touched" shouldn't do that you probably have something loose in there, but if you do end up finding a switch that's very weird. Only trim switches on fishing boats normally is in the front near trolling motor, helm area "shifter/throttle handle" maybe if you install a hotfoot a blinker handle type by steering wheel or on the motor itself and in your case port side of boat "passenger" side. i don't normally comment on anything, maybe 4 videos in my lifetime, but this kinda thing gets to me being its my line of work. Hope you enjoy your new vessel. Steven K
That boat is sweet! I like the amount of storage it has. I also like how everything seems luxury. It's like a fishing/ party boat really. I hope you have lots of good times on it Jon!
Beautiful and functional. LUND is not a big old texas name on the tournament trail, but after seeing this one, it should / could be. Very proud moment. I have had several boats Mercury outboards on Skeetwer bass frame.
You’re going to love that rig!!! I ended up doing a small strap/snap mod on the jump seats to keep them down while trailering. Yet more storage under the jump seats! You might have one more battery under one of them. That battery in the back that you showed is likely the power steering battery and your starting battery is under the seat.
Congratulations on your new boat , I started to watch your videos about a few months ago and inspired me to go buy a rod to start fishing . If you need any audio on your boat let me know I stay in Texas close to Arlington lake
To the person reading this: Have an amazing day, and I hope your dreams come true one day 😊 My Dream is to have 1k. I've been struggling to get there! After going through some hard times in my life, I realized that watching these videos really helped me get through those tough times and put a smile on my face when I really needed to relax and get away from it all. So I decided that I wanted to be able to do the same for other people, and this inspired me to start making my own fishing videos and share my passion for fishing so that maybe I could make a difference in other people's lives the same way these videos did that for me!
I have a Pro-v bass. From bass to muskie, you can go after anything in the water with it. Best boat I have ever owned. Also Lund is a great company. Up there with ranger in quality IMO
I really loved your disclaimer that it has taken you a decade to get to where you are at. When I was a young horse enthusiast I was frustrated not having a hauling vehicle and horse trailer to go to places with my horse. About a decade later I now have my dream truck and rusty tin can of a horse trailer adventuring around with my horses.
I've been running the lund 2075 for 2 years now hands down best boat for musky bass everything fishing!!! Casting decks are the best like you said the storage is huge especially in the 21 footer holy waahhh...congrats!
I've just recieved my first baltcaster. But the line has been breaking a few times during the cast now. I use braided line btw.. what am i doing wrong since it snaps?
The boat is really good from what i hear. Probably my top choice for a boat that can do it all. The brand name is really popular up north here in wisconsin so it was a good choice and highly recommended. Really do want one of those as well.
Dude I thought I was alone in preferring aluminum rigs over glass. So glad I found someone who seems to feel the same way. Like Ive been talked about so much by other people I know that own boats, because all of my boats have been aluminum. My current Vexus AVX1980 cost me well into the price of having a descent fiberglass boat, but I wanted aluminum. I fish a lot of reservoirs and lakes here on the west coast. I dont need a heavy glass boat. Besides that Aluminum boats are lighter so I don't have to dog my tow vehicle which is a Tacoma. I can get into skinnier water than a fiberglass boat. With Aluminum you dont have to worry about expensive fiberglass repairs. I also keep my boat outside in my driveway and glass boats with that gel coat just don't do to well exposed to the elements over time Ive noticed. With aluminum I get more boat for my money with the exception of motor size, but with new tech these motors on Aluminum rigs are closing in on fiberglass boats. Hell I know Xpress makes 19 foot aluminum boat with 200 horse, and now I know Lund does too. Plus thanks to tech Aluminum boats are much more of a comfortable ride than they use to be, especially when you go with a quality aluminum rig. Anyway, I know this is an old video. Its just nice to know Im not alone anymore
Found this channel about a month ago and I’m so glad I did. This mans videos are so high quality and I legitimately feel like I’m watching a tv show. Love the channel man!
Congrats on the boat! I've really enjoyed watching you succeed with your career man it's been a huge inspiration. I'm a few years behind you but I'll get there. Tight lines 🤘
When he said 18ft - 200hp i felt why you got it, speed is the need. Sometimes getting to the fishing spot is the fun part & 200hp on a 18ft is for sure the fun part. From Bass To Catfish this boat will get it done.
Your welcome from Minnesota as we do boats good up here, for fisherman by fisherman. The 1875 is an awesome boat that has 2 amazing floor plan options.
Absolutely sick rig. That color is on point. I'm super, super stoked for you. Big congratulations goes out to you. May it bring you uber joy and happiness. Can't wait to see you catch your first mondo on it. Peace.
EVERY Video Is you winning. Dude congrats on all the hard work you have put into getting to this point in your life. With everyone struggling to survive its shines a positive light on how blessed some people are in this world. NEVER STOP FISHING JB!
I’m looking at getting the pro guide which is basically just the tiller version of this but for where I’m from that’s all I need and will let me fish with friends easier for musky etc
