If I were you, I would get a lawyer to send what's known as a Cease and Desist letter telling them to stop or you will sue them. It's not about the money. You can lose the rights to use your own name as a brand if you let them continue. You've worked way too hard to let that happen.

This has been a thing for a while, and a lot of designers have been hit by this too.... a lady who makes fantasy wings had her design stolen by a Kardashian(spelling may be off, honestly don't care about these horrible people) for her halloween costume, another lady HAND STITCHED a vintage dress to have some cheap chinese company make a cheap piece of garbage costume version of the dress. And there's so many more stories like this. It's a very serious issue, peoples livelihoods can be on the line.
No get a Lawyer asap or ACCC(Unless that's Australia's government thing only). For the fact that someone's using your name and can be potential fraud and that if you just reported them to rebubble. They can make another one.

What if the companies that are selling your fake merch sees this video and then they screenshot the images of you wearing their merch and then they use you promoting their products in their website?

I know this is a cute and sweet video but I wish we could talk more about art theft and how badly it hurts artists. My friends and I have experienced countless people jacking our artwork trying to sell it on sites like these and it really takes away money, exposure and possible opportunities from honest creators. I’ve had to file tons of reports on people just slapping my art on shirts and never seen a penny out of it while struggling to make rent :c these thieves just get it taken down IF the artist ever finds it and can prove that the work is theirs... And I’ve seen people do this in Facebook groups and act like ripping off designs doesn’t matter because they’re cool or they just traced it....a lot of non artists don’t realize how much this actually takes away from us.
It honestly sucks that mia has to go through this like, it is really rude. At least she tried to make fun of it instead just having a full blown melt down😂

SvobodovaEva It’s wrong to steal somebody else’s brand to make money for themselves period. It doesn’t matter if it’s a copy and paste or if it’s just using their name. They’re profiting off of someone else’s hard work.. Now, fan art is different but the stuff in this video is wrong.
I'm going to assume the artwork itself wasnt centered, and they just saved the picture and reprinted it. If they cropped it, they could fix it, or maybe they did just crop it all wonky before printing

I would contact the companies and tell them to take the fake merch, especially the one with the drawing, down from the websites. If they don’t have your permission or the artists I would think you could take some kind of action if it bothers you. 🙂 Jeffree would sue! 🤣
