Congratulations for buying the high cycle, watching your videos I decided to buy one of my own my tank band has the same problem as yours I like the way it is patched up! But I am interested in how your friend is going about fixing the old one. Mine come with the raven 440 don’t know much about the controller!!

Have honestly been thinking about it, I have an opportunity to work with a spray drone company this summer and do some trials. Hopefully it works out and I make a video on it.

I never would have guessed a 'new' high boy! At first I thought something for tillage, or a cultivator, but with the thumbnail, is was clear that wasn't it. I hope the upgrades go smoothly! You did such a great job on your other one as I recall. edit: or both of your other ones? Now I can't recall lol About those planter discs: is there a way to true them up on a lathe, like with a 'metal-spinning' setup? And when you get good ones, do they hold for their lifetime, or do they run out of true at some point, like if they hit a rock or something? Thanks for the great video, Carson!!!

To check your seed disks before putting on the planter,put a bolt in a vise and set up some type of straight marker and spin. the blade for true round, the crop critic utube channel recently did a nice vidio on this, what engine are in those tricycle sprayers?

It’s frustrating when disk openers won’t run true. But you wonder when they are running in the soil if they improve or get worse? Maybe run a row or 2 and compare to the better set rows.

Deere did update their opening disks, supposed to be more durable and more consistent.

Our crop insurance agent gave it to us a few years back. It is no longer accurate as we only farm half of it now

Going forward the corn market is very tight. Perhaps the organic version will afford better margins?. The 6000 series are all but extinct in my region . Long space between videos ❓ 🗽🇺🇸🙏

Honestly, looking at 2024 here the organic is not much of a money maker. Prices are not much higher than regular. trying to do 1 video a week now!
