Heeeey!!! Congrats! We can do it! I’m just a reg dude from the hood and been working on my credit for only two years got my credit up to 696, out of collections, good standing credit card and student loan after two years of dedication. Ya boy just approved for 220,000 for my dream house for my 3 sons and wifey. Can’t move in into the 14th of June I drive by everyday in disbelief. Proud of you sis! There is no feeling like this! how exciting that you got your first home! i'm in that stage of my life also where i'm questioning if i'm ready to buy MY first home. as a single late 20's woman i feel it's a big step to take and definitely a big commitment. i'm excited tho and hopefully can jump into the process sooner than later . Hi Ashley. I'm sort of a new subbie but I have never commented before. I love your videos, your editing style and your down to earth personality. This video in particular was very inspiring as my husband and I are in the beginning stages of fixing our credit to purchase a new construction home. A lot of times we think we cant possibly purchase a home based on our score and what's on our credit so having the lenders review everything with us down to the tee has been super helpful. Glad you had your Lori and Scott. Btw your house is beautiful. Keep up the great work and content.

Honestly sis, attend a First Time home buyer workshop in your area. Not only will it answer a lot of those questions, it will let you in on anything down payment assistance that may be available in your area and may be a link to help getting your credit where it needs to be. They're usually free or for a low cost.

First congratulations on your home. I am literally going through the home buying process myself through the city and they are covering my Down Payment as well. I am soooooo happy I found this video this morning, such an inspiration and blessing to give me the motivation I need !
