THE WTD-3 sells for roughly 39.00US$ in its home market and its their second cheapest among the lineup , the brand basically is independent DIY workshop , the 3 cheapest one are all consumer grade aimed towards the urban hip gangs , I had not try their Olive wood model which is their middle of the range model so cannot comment, their other 2 more up market model the ASH and the DAMO both are actually pretty much inline with others in their respective price range , they are OK , not a good buy , but if one want to try out hacking and playing with customizing headphones , their Semi-Open nature and the ease of assemble / disassemble would made a good learning platform Chi-Fi had many Headphone names from the low end consumer to the high end Hi-fi , its the area yet to be explored mostly
See the real problem with Temu is, as usual they're not even all that cheap. The WTD3 is $29 on Ali. Am I tempted at that price? Meh, not after this review which does rather damn with feint praise!
At this price point, the Koss KPH40 reigns supreme, and if you buy a pair of yaxi pads and punche some holes in them, it really punches up, so i wouldn't bother with these knock off headphones.
I have the OKCSC headphone. I replaced the pads with an XL Grado ones and gave it a go as soon as it arrived. You said it all. It's a good phone for the price, especially if you find Grados's design something worth to get. As I don't know how to find a Grado here in Brazil for less than my left kidney, it does the trick for just a few bucks.
Agreed, these are not for you, me or any of us, even if given free. But, all said and done, the Manufacturer must be having certain Target Consumer group. Who ?
I just bought great Bluetooth on ears from known brand for 40 eur on sale in local store. No audiophile material, but pretty fun and some dsp for bass boost too.... and 50h of listening time!
Good morning Dave thanks for keeping me company on my drive-in this morning on a rainy Wednesday one thing that the cheap Grado knock off has that I wish the real Grado has was the removable cable a definite upgrade for sure. Take care again if this seems a little weird it’s dictation while I’m driving, have a good day
@@TheHonestAudiophile I recently noticed that Kotori audio is about to release a new IEM. Hope to have your review of this one someday soon. Thank you always!
