I feel with your friend!! I was raised in central africa in the 90ies. Every month we went to the capitol city of the country and there was a bicycle shop with a cool metallic blue bmx bike. I was 8 years old and in love! But I also was old enough to know that the bike was out of our price range, since we didn't have much money. So it was allways a pipedream in my mind, but I just had to see it whenever we was in town... That year, on x-mass evening, my Mom and dad gave it to me as a gift(and my brother to share). I have this picture at home from when I realised what it was. I look like I am watching a ghost in disbelief... The whole night I couldn't sleep. I kept getting up and sneaking into the livingroom to watch it standing there besides the tree... I just couldn't believe it! The next morning I rode that thing for hours on end with the biggest grin on my face. I will never forget that feeling of being free and able to go where ever i felt like going. The world was at reach. Now I am 40 and ride a motorcycle that I love allmost as much as I loved that bike! :)

Craigs life went from normal to real eventful in a very short time. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy and he couldn't wish for better friends. Merry Christmas everyone.

As a teenager I wouldn't have really got this (normal self involved kid). With a bit of age and some life experience, my favourite thing to do is to help my friends/family. I'm sure you all have heard the saying "It's better to give than receive". I'm at a place in my life that it absolutely makes sense, I get more out of seeing other peoples reactions to things and I think that's what makes these type of videos so successful. glad craig's been better, I think you were exactly right about the motorcycle thing, that's how he kept going. I've seen a lot as an ex volunteer firefighter from different motorcycle crashes and how bad they were but for craig to survive that is beyond a miracle. Here's for a safe 2022!
