Summer Breeze when I worked in retail , the majority of people that stole were white . Rarely had a black customer trying to come in and steal . There are thieves in every race .

I’ve lived in Bay Ridge my whole life, you know that when you see a black person they’re here to start trouble 50% of the time since we have almost no blacks who actually live here. We have a ton of Muslims in the cheap part of the neighborhood but they don’t cause trouble, so it’s fine. As for my building, they only rent to whites, not explicitly but they’ll find an excuse to deny you property any block below Ridge Blvd with the exception to wealthy Asians.

Set up so that the victim sent the shoes to another address believing it’s the scammer’s address so he couldn’t be traced back if got to the attention of authorities. He then tracked the package and arrived to the set decoy address when the package was delivered. You can see he was more concerned about the shoes than the ride to jail.
