I Brought Peter Santenello Back To Brooklyn!!! 

Shloime, you know what the next step is in this journey you and Peter are on? I think it's come time for you guys to go to Israel together.

Started with Peter's channel some months ago. Found yours soon thereafter. I am not Jewish, but all of these videos have inspired me tremendously. Believe it or not, my new Tanakh is due to arrive this afternoon.

I can't get enough of watching Schloime and Peter together doing what they do ! Two good people !

I'm glad people get to see a true hasidic community and not some false twisted narrative or a video about one particular individual that does a single thing that may be bad then blames everyone else that we often see from big media.

I'm a big fan of Peter's videos. He always goes into communities without judging them and with a genuine curiosity. It's cool to see people's reaction, recognizing Peter from the Hasidic series.

I actually have bought me a prayer shawl to use during my prayer time and when I get particularly down, I will light a candle like you do during your shabatt ceremony. I would love seeing more videos of your community like hospital employees, restaurant owners, and things your family do as a family for fun. I thank you for opening up my world a bit more.

Growing up in a conservative Jewish household there was always a big wall placed between us and the Chasidic. Now I learn that there’s no reason for that separation. Shalom Shloime. I also am a sub to Peter's channel and so enjoyed watching the Hasidic videos with you, your lovely family and others in the community. As I posted in Peter's channel on the Torah dedication video (which was wonderful), I spent time growing up around Orthodox and Hasidic Jews as I was raised in NJ. But I never knew anyone from these communities as the twain never seemed to meet as folks lived in their bubbles. Your videos with Peter have greatly influenced me and given me "eyes" into your community which I never had. I greatly respect the desire to hold on to tradition and am extremely appreciative of how the ladies are so modest and always look lady like and proper. I've observed this in NJ when Jews come over from Lakewood and surrounding areas to shop at Costco or go to the beach and are always dressed respectfully with the ladies always being covered and in their dresses or skirts. It impresses me and I wish more would be like this. I became a Christian (I was raised Catholic so that is another story) when I was in my early 20's and I wished then and even more so now that such modesty would be found amongst Christian ladies. It is in some places, but it can be a rare find. I'm never over in Brooklyn but if so some reason I ever see you I'll be sure to say hi to you. You really are a fine man and I really enjoy your personality which shines in the times I've seen you on camera. Gonna sub to your channel. Peace to you.

Thanks for the insight in your life - love to learn about your culture- present and past - being German and raised Catholic, I just feel I have the obligation or responsibility to make sure history will never ever be forgotten over here in my country, but also to stand up to any kind of racism or antisemitism. To me, knowing about our history and learning about different cultures is one important aspect to do so.
