That is like the Nightmare unsighted delivery ever! Glad you guy's got it all in and sorted. I build fish tanks for a living, and I always always, get the customer to send us pictures or video of the delivery route so we know what we are up against. If there are stairs, we either get the customers to provide man power, or we hire extra people for the job.We can't improvise like you guy's did with glass. 🙂

Honestly, I would not even try to lift it up that way. Some cornerst looked really sketchy. If you get stuck, you are fucked and may have to cut the table out. That would be the absolute worst case. Just rent the truck for a few more days and get a small crane to lift it thru the window. Removing and reinstalling that kind of windows is not a big deal.

Great job with the delivery. I love the way you took control of it and vocalized all instructions. However I was a hair more nervous when you flipped the top yourself. I could feel the amount of puckering you were doing trying to balance that beast on edge while trying to shimmy around the tables. Great job!

For the resin, if you do a thin coat with a paint brush of epoxy first it creates a perfect barrier and never leaks in exchange for a bit of dry time.

John, thank you for supporting the veteran community. I am an Air Force veteran, 1972-1976. I served in the continental U.S. and make no apologies for it. I am not in the job market, but this company seems to be on the up and up. Job well done John.
@inmyimage1081
@inmyimage1081 3 месяца назад
why would anyone need to apologize for serving during the height of the Vietnam War and the tension of the cold war? There could also be significant stress in domestic jobs in the Air Force, for example… my dad commanded Titan II missile control and launch teams which meant he spent a MOST of time living in the silo command and operations centers/bunkers 50 feet underground underground knowing that his wife and toddler son would be vaporized because they lived in an area absolutely guarantied to get hit by several nuclear warheads. So… how much stress do you think he had during the same time period you served?

Love a bit of walnut, the gold really sets it off, I was a little confused by one of the vector logo's engraved. On the wall of their office there is a triangular "4 prong" logo. But engraved on the table top there are only 3 prongs on the same logo? Like a backwards capital F?

Alright man. I live in UT, so what I’m fit’nuh tell you might not apply. BUT, close to my house is an acrylic distributor… and they allow me to “raid” their scrap bins… and when you use acrylic with epoxy, it’s all reusable, and it separates from the epoxy with ease!!!!! So, there might be a plastics distributor near you that you could partner with/allow you to raid their scraps… The acrylic idea woulda helped with the edge epoxy pour, and I have found the acrylic method worked WELL!

From what I saw, the table makes the entire office look like crap.
