If you think about it, the farmbot would be the most realistic bomber. If you drop it from a high enough altitude, it will die and the enemies will come close (even though it’s dead) and blow up. **The farmbot is literally a BOMB**

I would love to see a sort of D-Day Robot Invasion, the idea of robots charging up the beaches toward you guys while you have concrete bunkers up higher on the beach, shooting at them with spud guns or a spud turret.

Multiplayer Modnay idea: Two teams, each have area where bots from their team are, everyone is controling dive bombers with machine guns. The goal is to eliminate enemy bots.

14:30 The problem with the logic that you do not need to bring tape bots flying to the fight is: 1) It is a usefull strategy to make the range units skip ground. 2) unles you toss them, the would attack ground base vehicles. So, with this said. Make a MM were you try to get to a finish line. The other players skybomb redtapebots. The furdest or sortest race wins.

Next: make a bot missile. Basically, it's a missile with a capsule, and a sensor connected to a spudgun. That way they get released on impact.

This would require a really high tech system that a player has to manually do something, place the spawner then a sensor detects and then it executes the deploying.

Could you use tapebots as autoturrets on fliers? I think you'd need to position them so they can only see out. (a button to open and close their window would rock)

You guys should do a pod race. The rules are that you must fly, cannot go above the track, and you must have any and all forward thrust detached from your seat (meaning wherever your thrust may be must have a loose connection to where your seat is placed) and as a bonus reference, you would have tapebots colored beige sitting atop mountains, with each of you required to have a bomb in each thruster. They would be the Tusken Raiders.

Dropping ranged bots has its uses. If there's a good shooting spot for them, but you don't currently have land access, drop some shooters on the spot and there's your fire support!

Use a sensor and spudgun on the Farmbot capsule, drop by breaking cardboard & set sensor to fire when a couple of blocks from the ground. Also can use 4 Tapebots as 1st wave of a load, drop them from a distance as ranged support.

Multiplayer monday idea. Bot battles... Do it like 4 army's with everyone a different color. You get 50 "points". Greenie= 2 points, haybot=5 points, tape bots also 5 points, expoloding tape bots = 10 points, big bot=10 points. You then make "bases" with a core that if destroyed you loose or if you run out of units you loose. Do it on a large tile. Make vehicles to direct your units or air drop them near the enemy's base. You must only build at your base not on the field. Only rules no glitches and no messing with each others units other then your base defenses. You need a plane, car, base, defenses, and finally a commanding "cart" no guns on the cart it is only used to direct forces. Imagine the plastic Solider games but more activity. Hope you see this and give it a try.

A solution to fall damage is instead if dropping the bots directly off the ship, drop rings with the capsules inside and have a sensor detect the ground and trigger a spud gun. This way the bots only really fall freely 5-10 blocks off the ground instead of whatever height the ship is at. This also removes limitations on how high you can fly so you can drop bots off from the skybox.

You could use the haybot pitchfork as a construction block if you need to spawn something with 2 separate parts because it auto deletes. Eg tank treads, or attaching an explosive to a catapult or something. It'll disconnect automatically.

I still think Tape Bots would be much more effective overall, due to the amount you can drop. Having any sort of distance with a lot of tape being shot would annihilate anything before it gets close, and being able to spread them out around a area means you can gain a lot of area just with ranged damage

Try adding bearings to the sides of the green blocks in order to let the bots be parallel to the ground, giving you more control. Also, a Multiplayer Monday War. Everyone faces everyone else in a 1v1 fight, maybe even a 2v2 with same points. 25 points and can place them anywhere on your side of a battle field. Tote-bot - 1 Hay-bot - 3 Tape-bot - 5 Farm-bot - 7

You HAVE to do a Bot bomber challenge multiplayer video! You could build simple bot bombers, and then try to take out either "waves" of bots similar to the tower defense video, or you could try bombing someone who is in a vehicle. Or of course something similar to that! Just an idea!

Great concept! For a follow up: Would the pods break from fall damage? If so you could just drop the whole pod with cardboard detachable block system to avoid fall damage. If that works maybe even drop them the right way up so they don't ragdoll and are instantly able to fight!

I got an idea. Stick a timer and a spud gun on it so you just drop the capsule and it opens on the ground automatically like a bomb. A sensor may work as well.

Do a multiplayer episode where you each have to make a moving fortress and you can put different bots inside and use them to fight each other, like tape bots in sniper towers. And tote bots as infantry

Have thrusters and release guns on the capsules, for lifting them and removing them. Have a system, that only relases one of the bots at a time (but you can of course release more if you want by clicking multiple times. By doing this, you wil not fly nearly as uneven, if bots are not released symmetrically, and you will therefore be able to not waste 4 bots on a single target. edit: instead of attaching trusters and release guns to the capsule itself, have them on the frame, and instead of the input going directly to them, have them go to seperate and gates, with the other input to the and gates being a sensor, that checks, if a bot is still attached. edit2: I haven't played the game and experimented with it's physics, so idk if this will work well.

dropping in tapebots would still be useful. you can drop them on top of a cliff or some high ground to rain shots from a distance.

Multiplayer Monday Idea: everyone builds a base and then builds a flyer. you start at your base with the flyer go to the middle of the arena and pick up as many bot spawners as you can and then drop the bot/bots on another players base. The flyer would also have to have a claw to grab the bot spawners. You could also change the flyer to a car, truck, etc.

Arguably farmbots are the best bomberbots cause they gather around the other bots, do a fair amount of damage with their normal atacks, and then blow up the opposition, kind of like dropping an explosive cannister that first goes close to the structures/enemy bots before exploding

Hey scrap to make the bomber universal find how many thrusters are needed to lift each bot and them add those up and put those on,then let’s say the greenies need four thrusters, hey bots need six and farm bots need ten. So u would add 20 thrusters on and have three different buttons depending on the bot ur dropping, so like if ur dropping greenies u would only have 4 out of the 20 thrusters on. Idk just an idea love the vids keep it up 👍

It would be better if you made a parachute equipped capsule wich you filled up with bots and programed it so the parachute opens (rotates the wing peaces 90* in opposite directions so the parachute does not flip due to the wings) and make the capsule open up when the sensors detect the grownd!

Technically you could drop the tape bots like para troopers and have them fire from a distance as you drop them where the bots are in their range but out of range of the enemy bots, you could also use them to destroy builds by putting aggro on since you have a high tier block used in your build.

WAIT, scrapman video idea: Bot cannon People could try and launch bot capsules at each other, you might even build defenses in teams, then the teams will launch bot capsules at each other, and whoever holds out the best wins, there could be rules for what type of spudgun you could use, you could even build traps.

You should make it drop the capsules with a spudgun attached to the capsules so when the capsule hits the ground, the spudgun breaks the capsule. Therefore the boss bots won’t take fall damage

theoretically you could attach a sensor & a spudgun to the capsules & drop the capsules which then release the bots at contact with the ground, that way there would be no fall-damage & no stand-up-delay

While you are correct about the tape bot you seam to forget its likely tape bots you will be flying over at times. Fight a few tape bots, i think them randomly bursting containers can be detrimental to your stability.

You should build a dive bomber like a B2 bomber... that shoots hostilities outside in survival I did it on my friends public server base... It was so worth it.

You can probably experiment with automatically pulsing you thruster output in a sequence depending on how many bots remain on your flyer. That way, you don't have these huge jumps when you release them.
