As an Investing enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing.. I've been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I'm not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?.
Find quality stocks that have long term potential, and ride with those stocks. I have found it takes someone who is very familiar with the market to make such good picks
I agree with you. I started out with investing on my own, but I lost a lot of money. I was able to pull out about $200k after the 2020 crash. I invested the money using an analyst, and in seven months, I raked in almost $673,000
Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up after scrolling a bit. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her. Once again many thanks.
I think they built the house just to prove it can be done. I noticed that there is no egress window in the loft. Also, since none of the windows open, the house is going to trap moisture. However, it is a beautiful looking home. And it's amazing what they could do for so little money.
@@annesmith5192 Yes, i totally agree, that they did it just to show it can be done. Its a beautiful cozy home, and to actually build upon their ideal, and still be budget friendly, i would salvage windows, that open and close, as well as sliding. I can expand further on improvements, But it's turn into a whole construction plan, lol. All in all they did a awesome job.
Don't forget to contact all the states you may pull it through for the oversized load permits. If you are 96" wide at the base, you are certainly overwidth with the roof overhang. And yes, D.O.T. officers will notice. The fines for running oversized without permits is crazy.
Great point! I was totally thinking the same. In MA the cost of a DOT oversize load permit can vary depending on the specific type of permit and the weight and dimensions of your load. Approximate costs: Annual permit: $250 Temporary trip permit: $15 to $20 (valid for 72 hours) IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) single trip permit: $20 (valid for 72 hours) Keep in mind that these costs are approximate and may change based on your specific situation. Additionally, there may be additional fees for overweight loads or loads that exceed certain dimensions. It's always best to check with the YOUR specific Registry of Motor Vehicles or a permit service provider for the most accurate and up-to-date information. Hope this was helpful for anyone curious!
@@B.D.F. No violation. As long as you pull the proper permits to tow, you’ll/they’ll be fine. Otherwise, yes, a fine will be imposed. The parameters are simple enough though: max width is 8’ 6”, max height is 13’ (pavement to roof peak). Any taller and wider will need a permit to tow.
Chay, I think this is your best project yet. It’s been incredible to see the journey you’ve made in your videos, as well as the ideas you and your brother decide to tackle. I’m really excited to see how this one turns out. If you ever decide to park this (or other) builds at a local RV park, you could start an AirBNB to let your fans stay in your builds - and I think that would be a hit, as well as easy money-maker for you guys. Keep it up!
thank you so much! that really means alot. Its funny, a couple years ago i knew nothing about building, yet here we are building a house lol! thats also a really good idea!
Looks really good, but man, having single pane windows is going to be brutal on the overall efficiency of the house. In cold weather it’ll get super cold, and it’ll roast in the summer.
Yeah, I thought about mentioning that but this video was obviously about showing people how to pull of a better quality of life over renting and doing it in relative comfort on a budget. I would guess that it's slated for upgrade or already been done.
this look marvelous, but I think the window will be its biggest flaw: with this kind of window, the only way to let air in is through the door, which mean that the door will have to be kept open for any significant airflow.
You didn’t treat the rust? Nor seal the foam in from the bottom too?? Over time the rust will eat through and the foam will fall right out. Other than that, incredible build. You continue to learn more and more and it is always improving
@@unsurecj tbh kinda sad they dont make them acutally in good quality and its just all for looks, It would be nice if he did because then after hes done with them he can ether sell them for a good price or just give it away to someone who would acutally use it.
@@unsurecj Oh my god i just searched up how living in one of these actually works but here in Texas its outright Illegal to live on a tiny house on wheels period, WHICH IS BULLSHIT! Like fucking why not, designate areas where These homes can park and make it legal! Its such cheap infrastructure to make such a place too and it can serve as a way to avoid crazy ass rent prices! Id would even decrease homelessness by so much. I hate how this country claims its home of the "free"....
Chay you should add some protection under the trailer to preventing foam get wet and alaso use redwood or pine tree because that type of wood is light yet strong than plywood
So for the insulation in the flooring, what's preventing it from falling out underneath the trailer? (Edit) Even little like band iron straps across screwed into the steel would be good. But just relying on a tight fit isn’t ideal especially if being driven on the highway. Love your videos and what you do. I’m not trying to sound critical, I’m just curious if you did anything else to secure them.
This video warms my heart for the deepest personal reasons. I had this exact plan with my brother to build us a tiny house and travel. He sadly passed before we could even get started 4 years ago and seeing this just was absolutely lovely to see. It looks AMAZING! Can't wait to see the finished product!
This was incredible! I've been watching for years and it's so cool to see how much you and your brother have leveled up each video. This video was so well done from the production to the build itself. I'm dying to see the interior!
thank you so so much for your support throughout the years! there have been alot of highs and lows! super excited todo the inside too. (super happy u liked the video!)
This is absolutely gorgeous I’ve been wanting one for almost 10 years now My daughter just turned 18. I think with the help of your videos I maybe able to accomplish this myself Thank you so much for sharing 🥰
Great looking build, but those single pane windows are going to be incredibly inefficient for retaining heat/cool air. Even in the south I would still use double pane.
First window that breaks you are going to have to rip the entire siding apart 🤷♀️😊 zero ventilation not being able to open a window. I would have purchased recycled windows. (besides not sealing the underside of the foam from the elements….
That tiny house from the outside looks amazing🔥 I can't wait for the next video and see what you guys do to the inside. I would consider you guys certified builders😤
I would like to use my time by appreciating your efforts. You guys are AWESOME. Keep the great idea's runni'n and hats off to your dedication towards these crazy stuff. Love you❤💕
Hey man, I just wanted to say that you have amazing videos, and I love how you change crappy old things into beautiful creations. Keep up the great work!
Asking a real estate agent whether you should buy a home right now is like to asking an alcoholic whether they think you should have a drink lol. Homes in my neighborhood that cost around $450k in sales in 2019 are now going for $800 to $950k. Every seller in my neighborhood is currently making a $350k profit. Simply unreal. In all honesty, deflation is what we require. The only other option is for many people to go bankrupt, which would also be bad for the economy. That is the only way to return to normal.
Last time he did the bus he painted the roof black and it was a bad idea that needed to be changed because it got to hott, so he’s going to need to do the same thing. That’s proof he doesn’t really use these for long after he builds them.
@@RBEditz.1 no one said anything about living in them, but most people who build a beautiful rv, or bus conversion etc etc they usually would ya know…..actually use it and go out a couple times a year camping, or drive it across state lines for a couple weeks/months to get away. Esp if you’re putting all these bathroom kitchen and bedrooms inside to make it have everything you need.
It's amazing, the small house is very beautiful and modern, the self-built price is unbelievable, it's so cheap and the quality is great. Thank you for sharing.
I always wanted to trade crypto for a long time but the volatility in the price has been very confusing to me although I have watched many RU-vid videos about it but still find it difficult to understand.
I've been in touch with a financial advisor ever since I got into the market. Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in trending Crypto, which is pretty simple. On my portfolio, which has grown over overboard and been making about $1 500 bi-weekly, What I'm trying to say is the 5% of traders in the world that are consistently profitable are very reserved, they are just random/lowkey people no one even expects. My account manager chooses entry and exit orders
Looking awesome! My only concerns are that the base beneath the plywood and those big glass windows don't look like they'd be sturdy enough to withstand much wear and tear from the road - That said, I'm no expert on that sorta stuff so just speculating. Can't wait to see what y'all do with the interior!
@@ChayDenne the builds are sick, but I wish you’d like…..show yourself actually using them. Like film a vlog of you building one and then actually using it for a week and show the camping experience. Or like something other than building tiny homes if you’re not going to actually use them. 🤷🏻♂️ idk just my opinion.
Alright tbh President Chay makes the most Best Builds EVER in My Opinion so President Chay I Love your Contents so Keep it ongoign and as Always God Bless❤❤🙏🙏💯💯
One HUGE issue….the problem with high house prices is virtually NEVER the house part. There are many decent, low cost housing options like Conestoga huts, cement slab with cinder block walls, pre-fab sheds, yurts, tiny homes, etc. The problem is the always the LAND….where can you put this tiny home? And right now….not great answers to that. Its generally either that they can only go in the middle of no where on your own land or rental land, or in a couple tiny home villages, or in hugely expensive and extremely rare rental plots, if in a city.
Well guys, hats off to you both (and Dad) for a beautiful little house. I am wondering whether or not you installed metal strapping to prevent shearing from the wind especially since you may be taking this down the road. I also question whether or not the 2 big windows are such a good idea because of structural integrity especially since the door is on the same side. It's such a pretty house 🏠. Do you think that it's going to be really hot since you can't open the windows and get a cross breeze? I love the paint color 🤩. Will you build me one? I just came across and subscribed to your channel so I will check out your other videos. Please do not be offended by my suggestions. Life is all about learning and we all need to help each other 💞
First, gentlemen, it's impressive such young men as yourselves are so skilled . Speaks well to your knowledge and abilities. First-rate build.but...I did have a couple questions....while you saved money on your windows...they're static, you can't open them , no ventilation to bring in fresh air on a cool day. Is this something you might consider for your windows? Second...I see no A/C unit anywhere, on the back or on top like a camper...do you planning on connecting AC to your project?
You boys are just exciting young folks. I have now came across your builds on multiple occasions (very entertaining). Must say, enjoyed all of them (neighborhood of 4 or so). Your parents must be so proud. you're energetic, adventurous, innovative and educated. I absolutely wish you the best at whatever you do. Sure wish my boys would say. "hey mom can I build..."(a mum can wish) lol, I'd get behind even a half-baked idea!
The thing that I find Concerning is that there are no egress windows in the loft space and the ground floor so if there is ever a fire and the door is blocked by flames your trapped inside or having to find something solid enough to break the windows with (which could very based on thickness and if the glass is shatter resistant).
But did you account for the weight and load transfer? Also, height is going to be a major factor if you want to move it. Tiny homes like these are meant to be moved to a permanent location.
You don’t ever see sisters doing this kind of amazing stuff. Sending all my love and support to everyone who has brothers and does this kind of stuff for fun! Being a brother is the best title in the world 😎😎😎
I live in kansas.. Come thru Manhattan ,stop to see me.i am in assisted living and my father started designing camper tops back in the day to motor homes. Boy mom here! I'm partial.
