That's a cool bot and you did very well for a first event! I ended up using the exact same drive motors and battery in my own antweight. Other than taking direct spinner hits to a wheel hub they work very well, I'm surprised it took so long for the bent shaft to cause problems for you. Looking forward to seeing your upgrades or new bots!

I ran Mr. Yuk the thagomizer-style bot at the event and liked seeing another long bot there. I would recommend playing around with N52 magnets to take advantage of your nice motors and the metal floors to see if you can boost your thwack a bit. Seems like your center-of-rotation was actually pretty good but magnets would there too. Your cantilevered wedge did a great job getting under bots because it was so far in front of the wheels, so hopefully the magnets wouldn't negate that strength.

If you can put your wheels closer to the balance point you'll get better grip and some quick whips. Not enough people try something weird for their first bot so huge props for that.

Where do you put battery?

How much weight can you use for an antweight robot for The Netherlands, I saw it was 150 grams but some use 450 grams so I do not know can somebody tell me?

I don't think spikes are a good idea.

I would get into the physics of your improper design to spin... But you might just come at me with spinning fists, lol. Seems they just need warm body's with "robots".
