If you click on the door, there will be the subcategory: Lock Door For... Once you get the person in there, lock the door for everyone but you, and now they can't get out. Like so _French_ Jazza can see!

Use Santa’s old room as a “airlock” and then just lock the doors for everyone except French Jazz’s. Also you should probably put a cooler or fridge and maybe also a toilet in there so that they have some basic needs and won’t die on you. If you have “Get together” you can make an art club with your slaves and then simply start a gathering. Also you have the option to work from home. You should probably do this option (especially if you’re planning on throwing a party to entrap sims - so that you can try and stop them from leaving).

I have a tip on how to trap sims and get them to paint for you! Here it is: Click on a friend and select 'Actions' in the interactions menu, now click 'Add to groups'. This will make a little diamond shape appear above their head. You can do this with up to 8 sims at a time. Now put a big table with chairs around it in the prison room. While in a group with other sims, click on a chair and select 'Sit together'. This will lure all your friends to sit down in the room. Now run. And lock the door. Or delete it. Alternatively, this is a less cruel method, you can form a club and select painting as one of the club activities. Now you can call a bunch of sims to your house to paint for you!

With Get Together DLC you literally can make club, that will autonomously paint for you, without much hustle. Plus you can expand sim's lifespan in setting so he does not kick the bucket earlier ;)
