Wonderful! To make the bike stronger, use expand foam to help strengthen. Light weight.

Fill the steering tubes (forks) and other components with sand and then seal them off. They will be as rigid as any metal. It's heavy, but it will make the key parts very strong indeed.

I really like this design and how it all came together. The forming of the flats in the vice is really creative. I hate to point out that this is not a bicycle but rather a scooter due to its lack of bottom bracket, crankset and pedals. But it is still brilliant. Show us how you add the pedals! You can do this oh PVC master.

Add some shock absorbers to prevent from breaking the bikes body. Remember its made from pvc plastic it wont last long enough even on rough roads or everyday activities.

Great workmanship, admirable. I would still be afraid of hitting bumps in the road especially with higher speeds. The pipes don't have to snap to have an accident. It's enough if they deform. Carbon fiber is much more resilient and despite that from time to time carbon parts snap causing injuries.

As an advice, I would recommend to also put some screws in the joints for a more durable connection due to the terrain shocks.

Very creative, who needs a suspension system? It'll be a flexible bike, with the whole frame absorbing all the bumps. Hey, the idea is show an electric bike could be built within a few hours if all parts, tools, materials and guts are on hand. Nothing is mentioned about frame rigidity, range, max speed, durability and other things you want in a normal bike. It did run, so it's a success! Just make sure you are properly insured and a support vehicle right behind you. You should also be a believer in the power of prayers.

I am imagining mr bean riding this and carrying all parts in his hands once he jumped a speed braker at 10kmph speed 😂😂
