I don’t have a dream house so much as a list of dream features I want in a house. Since I was a child, I have always wanted a cozy window seat reading nook where you can put your back to the wall and be inset into the window. I don’t quite have that, but I have two large windows in an L with built in L shaped bench under them, and the bottom of the bench is a bookcase. I’m considering it a dream realized.

2:41 okay so this is fascinating bc actually most houses aren’t designed to be symmetrical AND this is one reason we love all those pinterest buildings- many of them are symmetrical. but guess what? that’s cuz many of them are generative ai, which knows we like things symmetrical but doesn’t know we generally don’t do that with houses for this very reason- floorplans are difficult like this.

This is one of the prettiest houses I've seem you build, but ngl, I kinda wish you leaned a bit more into the "my dream house" theme just for the fun of it, regardless if it's useful or functional for sims or for other people. You've mentioned you like reading a lot on stream so let's have a reading book, you and Dan both stream, instead of kids' rooms you could've build your offices instead, or maybe have stuff for Snap, Sunny and Shrimp... Seems like along the way you shifted to making the house useful for gameplay and pretty instead of something for yourself. Not that you had to, I really don't mean to be negative and I fully enjoy your content, I was just curious to see how that would differ from a house you build with the game in mind.

They should absolutely release the worlds from different packs as “kits”. Sometimes I just want a new area but can’t afford the whole thing.

I can’t build properly, when I’m trying to Color the inside of an apartment it says " can’t build outside lot" when it’s inside and I can’t place windows properly.
