You can tell he doesn't use Tighnari much since he doesn't start the rotation with Tighari's E to get it back up as soon as possible. He also doesn't use his burst before using his charge attacks, which would have given him an extra 120 elemental mastery for his charge attacks. In other words, thd rotation is Tighnari E, Zhongli shield (because you usually have enough time to do these two skills before any enemies aggro and then attack), fishl and Yae skills, switch back to Tighnari and use burst, and then use his 3 charge attacks. His C6 really helps make this come together since he can do his 3 charge shots faster, before his 12 second timer is up.
@@Rachitdubey Spread isn't all of his damage. Saying 30% of his damage is lost from being lvl 80 is a bit misleading; it's just the spread reaction on top of his base damage. I do agree that it's still a significant amount of damage though, which is pretty important if you don't have a whaled C6R5 Tighnari.
Meta pre dendro = big number. Meta post dendro = small DMG with a lot of numbers on the screen. People often underating tighnari because his type of DMG is make a lot of DMG instead of single big DMG
You look at teams like sucrose taser or sukokomon, those are pre-dendro meta teams and they don't consist of doing big numbers. Freeze teams don't have a nuke, the anemo units in those comps do a lot of damage just by swirling. Even international, sure Tartaglia has a nuke but that's it. Xiangling in that team is doing around 50k per Q hit, I don't think that's a big number (hyperbloom does a little less than that, around 35-40k) So I don't think doing big numbers was meta, maybe for players that spend money and have super invested units.
That’s not why he’s overlooked at all. People love Al haitham/keqing and that’s exactly the type of damage they do as well. In fact that’s how most spread/aggravate teams work.
Honestly, national team consisting of Xiangling, Bennett, Xq and Kazuha shredded second half for me, this abyss wasn‘t as hard as I thought it would be ^^
Tighnari is such a good character honestly in my opinion. I use him for everything from abyss to openworld/comms/exploring. Hes satisfying and so underrated.
i like how yao yao managed to create a niche for candace in nilou bloom since you no longer need to dedicate the slot to a kokomi or whatever hydro healer you may have
Tighnari's charged attacks can actually track the Matrix in its camouflage state, you only have to shoot the area in front of the little machines it left behind. I used it everytime bc I can't be bothered with destroying all the machines xD
on Tighnari c0 is fine tbh (just need practice for his rotation, cuz his e and q is 12s cd, so after casting all e from other char, your tighnari e +q combo is up again, and repeat) and bloom team c0 also fine too
Optimal Tighnari rotation is E>CA>Q>CA>CA So that your burst gets the extra 120 EM you get from his ascension talent. Also he's missing a lot of damage from not being level 90 due to how spread and aggravate work. Impressive damage, still!
I always thought ppl complaining abt others using the character "wrong" were pissy but as a main tighnari i actually got a little bit miffed at him using his rotation wrong
tighnari is good here especially because of the abyssal moon blessing, i mean hes also just generally fairly good, but the abyss moon is definately helping
I mean the obvious reason is because all his characters are c6 so of course its going to be easy with all those 5 star characters at c6 regardless of the moon blessing
@@sentryion3106 It's still not bad. It gives you more freedom in building him. Like, you can get away with just 60% cr and focus on getting more crit dmg.
I challenged myself by using dendro related reactions (no national teams/geo teams etc) and it's been smooth so far. Nahida hyperbloom first half and tighnari/keqing quickswap combo.
I didn't realize people thought tighnari was bad? Mine is c0 but heavily invested and I also similarly shit on the abyss with the same exact team. A deepwood yaoyao in replace of zhongli also works
my yae is also c0. the team is legitimately extremely strong. obviously it can 36* any abyss but the 36* can be a lot easier than many of my other more meta teams too
I wonder what would happen to tighnaris damage if he took out fischl and miko. Bc they help his damage a lot. Like miko is underrated I swear😭 I'm not sure about fischl. I just know miko is really good, even at C0. My nahida only does amazing damage at c0 bc of my miko.
they need electro for reactions, genshin is all about that. even hutao does like 20-30k ca with homa. yet she can easily reach 100k+ with the help of others.
I got c1 hutao and c0 yelan (soon c1) and yelan is better overall, whether it be for abyss or exploration, but if you need a good pyro dps that isn't xiangling and you like the character then she might be the one
yelan is climbing the ranks, with hyperbloom introduced, she is super versatile being an hydro unit and can be slapped into almost any team and make is 100x better, Hu tao is your standard main dps, but i wouldnt go for her if you dont have many primos, since if you want to achieve her ma you would need homa or c1 (they are needed but at the same level of investment yelan outperforms)
Xlice everytime he plays abyss: OMG WHY DOES MY ENEMIES DOES EVERYTHING TO KILL ME AND SURVIVE. Oh I didn't know about that mechanic Guys? What do I do here? What are these? DUUUUUUUUDE WHY ARE THEY DODGING WHY CAN'T JUST LET ME KILL THEM WAAAAAAAAA
Ngl this convinced me to never become a whale. As much as I mald and seethe over abyss, I don't think I ever want to destroy everything within 5 seconds.
I’m sitting here wondering why your damage is so much higher for some of the characters…, then I remember they are c6 LUL. Your Tig. Is nutty! Love it! He is so fun to play!
So, in Yaoyao-Nahida-Nilou-Candace bloom team What's the bloom ownership? The percentage of every characters triggers bloom Yaoyao ?% Nahida ?% Nilou ?% Candace ?% There is a chance that Yaoyao doesn't triggers bloom at all due to fast dendro application from Nahida and Yaoyao (+dendro in bloom is on the strong side just like pyro in melt or hydro in vaporize), and the one who triggers bloom mainly the hydro characters, so building Yaoyao with full EM is kinda useless
That bloom was awesome. Question: since I don't have nilou, would the bloom team still be 36 stars viable if I put a full em Barbara with full em Yao Yao, Nahida + Candace? Because I already have a nice full flower em set available for Barbara if the team is good (I can't try because she is level 70 and I'm not gonna ascend her just to try)
standard build for hydro and dendro for hyperbloom teams is fin3. 0 EM for fydro is fine. some buil EM on dendro because of quicken reactions. but not really needed because of slow tic rate for kuki skill. kuki 1k em.
nahida since she's just so broken with dendro. plus she will have a rerun soon most likely since archons tend to. I think you'll have time to save for wanderer after going for her
Wanderer, REALLY GOOD at exploring and deals decent damages. Also fun and cheap to play because he doesn't rely much on his team to deal damages, just build him properly and slap random shield or support characters to your team and that's fine. For me, saving for 5 stars character that you want most is the best, you don't need crazy top tier character that you don't like much to clear the content of this game, 4 stars is enough to clear and got 36 stars at spiral abyss. Build 4 stars characters and save your primogems for 5 stars characters you like.
Nahida basically open the gate to everything dendro. Wanderer is fun to play but hard to build to high effect. If you look strictly at meta it’s nahida all the way
I have both Nahida and Wanderer and from my personal opinion, Nahida is better than Wanderer by a long shot. Nahida: - She provides great utility even for a Cryo main like myself. - Requires not too much invesment to be good. Slapped The Widsith and some leftover Wanderer's Troupe artifacts I got from bosses and stuff. - She deals a lot of damage off-field (personally, 40k each tri-karma proc). - Easy to ascend (I literally maxed my Nahida to LVL90 and 6-9-9 in 2 days.) Wanderer: - He is very good at exploration. - He deals a lot of mid damage in a short period of time (8k each Burst number, 12k CA, ~6k NA) - Sentimental Value - Entertaining idle animations - Fun to play Conclusion: I honestly prefer Nahida in terms of damage, utility, and even fun. These are all aspecrs that Wanderer SHOULD'VE excelled at. Honestly, most Anemo users utility comes from VV 4-pc passive, which is, like Xiao, not viable with the Wanderer.
