Link defeats ganondorf and saves the triforce from evil with the master sword time and time again, while going through the land. Myth: soldier constructs don't respawn with the bloodmoon, since they're not part of the Demon King's forces. Instead, they have a separate respawn timer.

@@drwily there was a skill in botw that allowed you to have your nboomerang become like an aura and circle around you. this was done by aiming your boomerang at the highest point above you, then right after releasing select another weapon, after that if you slightly but quickly run diagonally to the left and stand there, the boomerang will keep spinning around you. you can fight enemies in that circle, having them get hit by the boomerang as well as your selected weapon. this still works in totk and you can do it with whatever attachment is on the boomerang, so imagine an elemental barrier of ice fire or electricity circling around you, real cool to try out.

Ok, here's a good one. In the depths you can find the main story bosses as a sort of rematch (Colgera, Queen Gibdo, ect) and they are mostly faithful to the original battles just with different scenery, but Marbled Gohma is actually changed, and it's second phase has it staying on the ground instead of going on the ceiling due to the ceiling in the depths being way too high for it to realistically reach and impossible to hit from the ground as the player. Making Marbled Gohma the most altered boss in its rematch fight.

@@drwily The only one I'd probably say is harder would be Queen Gibdo, since you won't have access to the sunlight found in the boss room of the Lightning Temple. And maaaaybe Mucktorok, in case the low gravity is still throwing off your movement during the Water Temple fight.

This is probably more fact than myth at this point, but I just thought I'd mention it. After defeating Kohga in the depths for good, the Yiga clan will randomly attack you anywhere outside of a town. But if you wear the Yiga outfit everywhere you go on the overworld map, they'll leave you alone. It's kind of ironic that they do as at least one of the members of of the Yiga clan can actually see through Link's disguise. Speaking of Master Kohga, I wonder if the cutscene that plays after defeating him for the final time is foreshadowing the possibility of a Zelda game taking place in space.

Even more fun, if you trigger an ambush while wearing the yiga fit, they will yell at you for blowing thier cover. It also triggers different dialouge with NPC's. Malena (The Gerudo with the sick husband) will ask if your in the clan, and state that while she dosen't judge people by thier appearance, you probably shouldn't wear it in town unless you want to go to jail. 😂

Already proven false. There are Ascend points specifically for traveling back to the surface without needing to fast travel. The most well known one is on the north side of the Bridge of Hylia just south of where you get Autobuild.

@@bigchungus7870 There are specific areas in the Depths that function as one way Ascend elevators back to the surface. It looks like a giant white pillar sticking out of the ceiling with 4 light beams pointed at it.

I didn't even think about fusing the boats. Being able to use them as flotation devices would have been great. I loved it when I found out that you could have extra mirrors by fusing them to shields, and still use them as mirrors. (reflectors, really) It's strange the things they chose to make functional fused to shields, and what they skipped.

The most I got scared in totk was in the depths. I was looking through the darkness on my scope trying to pin a distant lightroot , and then realized too late it was actually the glowing eye of a Frox right in front of me. Scared me so bad 😂

So something that I believe you haven't tried was using Ultrahand to glue a korok to something that Molduga WOULD swallow (like a Zonai control stick) much like hiding your dog's medicine within his dog treat, then lure it there to swallow the leafy pest. At any rate I'm sure that I know how the notion of the Molduga "killing“ the korok after swallowing it came from. In my effort to prove that Molduga would swallow the korok under the right conditions for a korok to prove it with, but because I was a "good" little hero (getting them to where they were supposed to go) I only managed to find one near the Typhlo Ruins. So I strapped it to my hoverbike and flew it to the East Barrens. When the Molduga wouldn't take the bait (which I attributed to poor timing on the drop) I shot a bunch of time bombs at the korok to get its attention. That worked, but the bombs went off before the Molduga could swallow them, and when the dust cleared both the control stick and the korok were gone. Following a hunch I went back to the ruins and found the korok had re-spawned there. So what I think happens is if you take a korok far enough away from where you found it and then destroy the item it's glued to then the korok will despawn there and respawn back in its original position, giving the appearance of the Molduga killing the korok by eating it.

If you fuse the spiky iron ball to your best shield, (Hylian Shield), you can parry on ore's and have a working pickaxe. It's useful so you don't have to use your weapons.

For #9, if you fuse something metal to the weapon it still retains the "wooden' property as it can still burn. The tip would create the spark & the hilt would catch fire

Despite it's popularity, I thought you were done with ToTK, I'm not complaining though as all of this was very, very interesting... As for that myth with the bees, yeah, makes sense they get mad when you take honey from them, same thing happens in other games like Minecraft and Terraria... I enjoyed watching this and very much look forward to seeing what comes next

Another way to get rid of bees - you can shoot the honey from a distance with an elemental arrow. This immediately disperses the bees and you won't need to run away.

Myth: The treasure chest attached to the wagon that horserider bokoblins drag behind them can be detached. Only by simply turning it upside down! You have to bend the wagon against the horse to detach the wagon btw.

Few ways to enter bullet time: 1: fuse a zonal wing to your shield, use b to sprint. shield jump, and spam ZR to pull out your bow. 2: deactivate ascend. Pick up a rock. Use the ability wheel to reactivate ascend, then spam a. You should ascend through the rock. Before pushing a again: hold down ZR, and pull back on the left joystick. Press a, then spam x, you should backflip off of the rock. Then spam ZL. Most useful in Lynel battles. 3: after getting the fifth sage. Hop on Mineru, press b then a then spam ZL.

Oh yeah I did this a lot actually just because I thought it was hilarious to imagine Ganondorf preparing a Blood Moon and just as it's about to activate Link leaves to the Depths/a Shrine, and Ganondorf then postponing it because he wanted the _Hero to Witness It Goddamnit_. Eventually it went to far that a Blood Moon was triggered in the middle of the day (presumably to prevent the game from crashing). When that happened I at first thought it was a Gloom Spawn and then I remembered those to not spawn in the middle of the sky and then I got the cutscene lmao

You can get the boomerang to orbit you by throwing it straight up and moving a little forward forward and left. Great for zonai devices and might help with some of these other myths.

Expanding on the puffshroom bit, you don't even need to wait for the bees to chase you. Just throw the puffshroom before you take the honey and the bees'll fly off.

The puffshroom works not because you throwed it at the bees but because ot hides you from it. If you throw the puffshroom on urself while the bees are comin for you, they will disperse too

Retry #7, but this time, go to a low gravity area and shoot the boomerang in bullet time. Shooting an arrow at a boomerang is possible, because the collision and damage hitboxes are the same.

Yes. Heavy weapons, like things with Moblin Horns, do that better than, say, weapons with mushrooms.

On the subject of bees, if you shoot a hive off a tree and it lands on/near an enemy, the bees will chase them instead. I've done this with an octorock, (shot his leaves to pop him up, then the hive) so I assume it works with any enemy. Less myth and more challenge though, as it takes a bit of luck and timing to get it all to work. I just happened to catch the octo hiding under a hive and did some quick math. Free honey and air support for the low low price of one arrow. 😂

Myth: All of the ores on the frox will break if it gets killed by the most powerful weapon fusion which is a pristine royal guard's claymore with 10+ attack modifier with molduga jaw or gibdo bones fuse to the royal guard's claymore with bone proficiency armor

Unless myth. The trees that look like dragon fruit on top in the depths are cuttable but if you cut the cut of log... what will happen? Will it drop something?

Myth: you can actually kill a gloom spawn with out fighting it at all. How you do it is by standing on a tall wall or anything tall and the platform must be at least the same width of link's feet (ankles to toes) and if you stand there and wait long enough it will actually make a scream and disappear into the ground and afterwards leave a dark clump or to meaning it will no longer spawn until the next blood moon. Please do this myth @dr wily.😁😁😁

I've never seen anyone try to *Fuse* something with a bow and I was wondering if it would have worked out or not....
