@@pman2916 sure I do roughly a cup and a half of cauliflower and broccoli and a food processor chopped . I’ll throw it in a pan or a low heat just a dehydrate quick or else it kind of gets almost like quiche . Then I do one and a half cups of mozzarella little Parmesan little garlic powder and two eggs. Mix it all together spread it very thin parchment paper. Bacon 420 for roughly 2530 minutes or to your liking. I like it well done crispy I use Raos margarita pizza sauce, maybe some prosciutto and cover with mozzarella put back in for eight minutes. Delicious ! I just make sure to spread it thin on the paper. I use my hand. Good luck.
I just made this for dinner and my husband and I really liked it !!! We have been eating healthy for about two months now - so this fit right in with what we are doing !!! I am so glad I found this channel - she has so many delicious looking recipes !!!! Give this pizza a try - it’s good !!!!!
My husband and I have been practicing healthy eating for the past few months as I was diagnosed was pre diabetic, so am a bit curious about how healthy this actually is as it has so much cheese and processed pepperoni on it. Does it make you bloated etc? For reference, my husband is vegetarian, so his afternoon meal will add up to roughly 1700 calories and evening meal is ensure max protein drink. I eat 1 roast chicken thigh and have a small bowl of pasta salad or quinoa salad and we only eat during daylight hours to aid insulin metabolism and do roughly 14-16 hours of intermittent fasting, but am curious about other options:)
I'm a nutritional scientist and I don't know how this should be healthier than a regular crust... It' s a lot of cheese. What's wrong with those poor carbs 😂
Steam you broccoli and cut it in small pieces ! In addition put and egg and mozzarella , garlic and parsley , seasonings and Parmesan! Form your crust and Bake it for 25minutes! Add more cheese and pepperoni and melt it again for a few minutes(5 minutes should be enough) Please take precautions to not burn your hands;) bonne Appetit(i hope these helps because many say the link don’t work!!)
Tried it, it's nothing more than a flat omelet - and it does use a boat load of cheese. 3 eggs are too much use 2. Literally do not expect a broccoli crust.
I saw someone who used thick cauliflower "steaks", I think grilled or baked with olive oil and herbs, then the they added the usual cheese etc. It did look so good.
Items made with enriched wheat, versus unprocessed wheat, might make a big difference for you. The unprocessed stuff has much more fiber, and thus greatly reduced glycemic spike.
Use ground turkey instead. Mix ground turkey, eggs, cheese, almond flour, and seasoning. Mix together and form into a pizza crust. Bake for 20 minutes. Add toppings and bake again. Great low card pizza
@@gayfield420 I’m on a keto diet so I can have broccoli , I can have cheese and I can have pepperoni. Since you must know 🙄 And don’t you think broccoli crust is healthier than bread ?
@@christinalabandita there is nothing wrong with bread lmao. i dont think a bunch of greasy artery clogging , cholesterol filled cheese with a sprinkle of broccoli is healthier than bread..
@@gayfield420 Cheese is fine in moderation…. As with all things. You could always add less cheese if you’re on a diet or are worried about your cholesterol. And those were 4 big pieces of broccoli. Way more than a sprinkle ! She’s trying to give you a healthier alternative to pizza. You’re hating 😂
@@gayfield420cheese in moderation is actually considered good fat. Italians, Greek, Turkish ppl eat cheese day and night and they live longer and healthier than ever. It also squares down to cheese being high quality.
Omg! This is the second video of yummy-ness I came across of yours. I need to subscribe and check out the rest of your delicious videos. I definitely need new ways and ideas of making meals...Thanks. Blessings always...
Oh my gosh!!!! Totally doing this!!! Ive finely chopped broccoli, zucchini and yellow squash , mushrooms, artichokes, bell peppers, black olives, added to my spaghetti sauce, in lasagna too. Never thought of doing pizza crust this way!! ❤
