This recipe is legit. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I made up but it is really good and super filling because of the lentils. The only thing I did differently was I added one teaspoon of yeast to the lentil mixture not because I thought it would make anything rise because obviously there’s no gluten and lentils. But it gives a much More pizza dough flavour. Replacing my pizza once a month but this is definitely something I will add into the regular rotation. Love it and thank you!
should the lintels be soaked or just a good blinding ? And does it need all the seasoning a parade tomato ? Looks great and allows me to free up space that my cauliflower takes up in my fridge. cauliflower crust (2 egs, 2 cups of shredded cauliflower and 2 cups of motserela chees).
Omg this looks amazing I’m currently trying to incorporate more vegan days into my daily life I love ur videos everything is always so delicious looking thanks for sharing x
Just tried this. Did not turn out well. My suggestion is if your not gluten intolerant to incorporate flour into the mixture. That way if the bottom does not cook as evenly, it won't crumble and leave a mess.pretty disappointed with this one but will keep expirementing

great recipe BUT?! rinse them well for couple of minutes. what people dying from lack of water would say? much better would be using just enough water and soak them lentils overnight or couple of hours.
The Vitamix is BPA free. It is the top quality blender in the world. The manufacturer doesn't use crap in it's 100+ years of production. They want their name clean. 😊
Um that crust looks a little thick, undercooked and doughey for my taste. It still seems like a good idea though. I think I will try it but I'll make lentil flatbread then top it. I like a thin crust anyway.
