This video is about how I backed delicious KETO Naan. This recipe is very easy!
You will need:
1 cup of coconut flour
Salt
1 tsp of baking powder
Mix well and put aside
Melt 1 cup of mozzarella cheese with 1,5 tblsp of sour cream
Add cheese and sour cream into your bowl with coconut flour.
Beat one egg and add it into the bowl, mix well and make nice dough. Leave it for 15 minutes.
Melt butter, add 3 crushed garlic cloves and cut mint or any other greens you like. Mix it well. You can mix 1 tsp of black and white sesame seeds and black seeds.
Spray butter or apply butter on top of your baking sheet. Make naan 3-4 pieces. Make any shape you like. Bake with 375 F for 5 minutes, remove it, flip and apply butter with garlic and greens mixture, add seeds, bake for 3 minutes.
