According to Article 164, States should have appoint Tribal ministers for the welfare of the society. Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and Odisha has this provision.

There are many tribal groups in the state which have all the qualifications to be included in the st list but they don't have enough population to raise their voice. Consequently they have beem incurring injustice since independence. Why don't you raise your voice for them.
@@kaurava1947 Kuruba community is one of the dominant community in the state. It's grievances heard very fast. Take the example of kadugolla community which has not even an mla or MP. They are fighting for justice from decades and no one cares them. Being an educated indian u shd care for the other downtrodden communities who don't have voice and not your own community which had become politically dominant in the name of ahinda.
