I blame Silas not Mercedes for Bobby turning into a serial killer.His influence definitely changed him.I'm glad Mercedes told the police he killed Verity he's deserves to be locked up forever for that.

@@lf67hh28 in a way yes, she’s been a really deficient mother. Her punishment is to see her son become a murderer and put away in prison. But the actress does a great job conveying her sadness, which makes me feel sorry for her.
It took Mercedes to say Finn’s name to make Diane realize she being a hypocrite and that being a parent to someone who does horrible stuff is heartbroken
not the same thing people aren't saying Mercedes is to blame just for being related to him she's to blame because she covered up Bobby's crimes which allowed him to go on to commit more that's a big difference Diane didn't cover for Finn.

I know Bobby's a murderer, and personally, I think he did everyone a favor by finishing off Silas. But, that letter he wrote for Mercedes is just brutal. Did he really mean all that? Or is it just one of those moments a kid is so upset at their parents and say things they don't really mean?
Oh my poor Mercedes it hurts me to see her like that and Bobby saying that to her in a letter it’s so sad. I don’t know if she did abandon him when he was a baby but I do remember some People said that she was trying to commit suicide when she was holding him as a baby (but I can’t remember why she did) still I know Bobby’s just a Kid and I know Kids say that to their relatives a lot of times and sometimes Adults too still with their relatives but still he needs to suffer the consequences. This is definitely like a similarity to how it was when Finn was sent down and I’m glad she mentioned him again and Tony mentioned Breda killing Harry but she was there for him when she found him hurt at the pig farm. I really hope Tony will forgive her at some point I he can’t stay mad at her forever. Also Diane probably also forgot that she was protecting her adopted Daughter Sinead when she was bullying Esther back in high school? I really hope when Bobby gets released he’ll be redeemed and he won’t be recasted plus I also hope Honour will visit him as well not only d her counseling skills remind me of Farrah Maalik but also of Marlena. ☺️

Diane wasn't being Hypocritical her and Mercedes are two very different situations Mercy covered up Bobby's crimes which allowed him to remain free so he could go on to kill Verity but Diane wasn't aware of Finn's crimes until he was arrested and she actually refused to cover for him in court.

Mercedes doesn't deserve to be forgiven. She has gotten away with too much and this latest thing with Bobby is just another in an already long list. I mean any parent would defend their child and try to protect them but she could have gotten Bobby help when she realised how dangerous he actually is. It's too late saying what you would have done differently, it's already done Mercedes, there's no going back.
