I think the reason we didn't get much returns is because 1 certain wrestlers have a fear Mr. Mcmahon may be back involved in creative. And 2 certain wrestlers may want certain things in order too return in the rumble but couldn't get it. Like Matt cordana maybe he wanted too be Matt cordana and they wanted him as Zach Ryder🤔. Idk im guessing on that but i do for sure thing certain wrestlers fear Mr. Mcmahon may be back involved in creative which is way they did not return. I personally don't think he is but may be in triple h's ear tho. Now we really didn't Get any legends in the rumble because triple h doesn't like too focus on the past and part timers he wants too use this current roster, build stars for the future. Like he did tonight. Rhea is gonna be WWEs next biggest womens wrestler right now and for the future. Cody is gonna be the new top guy, face of WWE after Roman once he beats him. Also Walter is the future & will become a major main eventer
