I honestly watched this video twice today because of how idyllic the whole thing looked. ☺ I'm fully aware that van life isn't nearly as glamorous as some make it seem, but I love how honest you are with this series while still making the videos look absolutely gorgeous!

Thanks for this very thoughtful comment and for the extra view.😉 The goal with this series is to just share what it’s like day to day. And selfishly I guess to have something to remember it all if we are lucky enough to grow old one day. This lifestyle is full of high highs and low lows. And even after 5 years we are still learning how to navigate them.

Yeah this place is awesome! They changed the limit to 5 days now but honestly it’s pretty nice because before you couldn’t even get spots. That cat tent is rad haha she loves that thing. 😂

@@bryans8656 oh that’s rad. Thanks for sticking around! Honestly a lot of the things we thought would give us issues have held up really well! We’ve done 26k miles so far and some of the worst dirt roads that we’ve driven and really haven’t had much happen to it.

Great hair cut, on both of you! No need to struggle with these videos, they are prefect. I think you both will enjoy looking back on them. Do it for the two of you and like minded (hearted people will also enjoy). If you can leave links to the campsites you go to this would be helpful so we all can check these beautiful sites out. I would love a video on the inside of your drawers and cupboards...they look well organized and crafted. Any new tips now that your have lived in this build...anything you would do/build different or love the most?

Thank you! This doesn’t have a link to the camp site since it is BLM camping! Honestly we are sooo happy with the van after living in it for a year. We actually were thinking about starting a little series on the channel about 1 year. Some videos we have planned are 1 year van tour (everything that’s happened to it so far and things we’d change). A budget breakdown of what it would cost. And maybe a custom cabinet breakdown where we talk about how we organize everything and what we bring. Hopefully these would cover all that better than we could with a comment!

We’ve been either putting one section upside down so it shades that part or putting a towel over one of the tubes so she has some nice shade!

We are in the Bridget Teton National Forrest. There are lots of great spots in the National Forrest not just down this particular road. It is 5 day limit.

In the kitchen! Our cabinets are a crazy maze specifically designed for everything we wanted to bring! We had everything we wanted to bring picked out while we were building it so that helped with maximizing storage.

It’s a national forest with designated sites. There isn’t one specific location nor will we be geotagging but there is lots of camping in this area.

This was hard to read but you actually know exactly what’s in it if you read the back of the label lol. I’ve talked about it before but something like this helps balance out any lack in fruits, vegetables and many other vitamins. especially if you happen to be on any kind of restrictive diet.
