Despite being an efficient officer, his life took a drastic turn after a Pakistan attack.
The morning after the attack, Captain Gangaram found himself taken hostage by Pakistani soldiers, a situation that lasted for the next 11 months. How he applied the life lessons his father taught him - to keep learning, have patience, and maintain a never-give-up attitude - became crucial for his survival in this war.
