📝 Ingredients:
2 big tomatoes
2 eggs
2 green pepper
100 g Mozzarella
Olive oil
👩🍳 Preparation steps:
1. Chop tomato and green pepper.
2. Fry peppers in a pan with a little olive oil, add the tomatoes, close the lid and cook until the tomatoes are well crushed.
3. Beat the eggs and pour them over the tomatoes.
4. Cook while stirring quickly.
5. Add mozzarella, close the lid of the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
Note: I prefer it without salt, you can add salt to taste.
