When LazyMattman played this mod, binge eater would turn the items into hp ups. They would them disappear, as this character deleted any non q4. As a result, items would be available for a second before disappearing. Shame it didn't happen here too!
This is just genuinely broken. Maybe if any hit was a one shot and you actually died it would be balanced, but as of now this is the most obscenely overpowered character in the game
@@BillySerchmanYTOr maybe you lose one or two at the start of every floor, so you need to constantly readjust and try to go for quantity, risking full clears and boss trap rooms whil playing as a mantless lost
On paper this sounds pretty cool but in practice it just doesn't work. You'll get every single item on every single run cuz there's so few of them. You don't even get most of the cool synergy items like: rubber cement, continuum, heamolarcia, playdough cookie, etc. I feel like if you made it so it's only wuality 3&4 it would work better.

@@crystalknight9373 yeah it is. I assumed that items were replaced by spider baby after the pool was out of items, but it turns out there were still a lot left lol.
I feel like you need to make it only quality ones and twos but you get double items like Damocles. Either that or all items are rolled down one quality.
@@danizk0 That's literally the only point they qualified as the problem. Obviously with "on paper" they meant the mechanic of losing collected items as health.
Ok so every item is from the top 20 strongest items in the game and you have nigh infinite health if you do the first couple of floors well enough , balanced
Well, if I was to guess, I'm pretty sure the humiliated guys are meant to be just the tainted guys but their gimmicks go one step further. For Jacob and esau, maybe esau has turned into like a giant raging monster, much bigger than tainted esau and much stronger too, but he kills you in one hit. Or something like that, I dunno
So it is basically better Tainted Lost... your average quality is better and you get more hits of damage cause you get way more items than than holy cards on average
This character is so broken, at first i thought it was only Grade 1 items, but you have tons of health because of the item gimmick, but no its grade 4 lol. Broken.
You definitely didn't get every q4 item as you missed at least revelation and mega mush. Rock bottom weirdly isn't a q4 item despite being broken. Same with echo chamber
Yeah i think the problem with this mod is that there just aren't enough quality 4 items in the game, so every run will end up the same. Maybe all items are quality 3 or 4 instead? It would actually be kind of challenging then.
@@PrincessDoit true, wonder why that is. I really thought he exhausted the entire pool and that's why spider baby started showing up. Even so though, there needs to be more items to get, it's no fun just getting the same exact build every run and crushing the game.
Is the Spider Baby problem down to the game trying to re-roll certain quality 4 items when the pedestal spawns? I know that has been a mechanic in the past, but not sure if it’s still in Repentance.
before repentance, items didn't have quality but some items were known as special items and seeing one would lower you chance of seeing others, but that was replaced in repentance in favor of the quality system
Much like Bael, this doesnt seem balanced, cool idea, fun to always get Q4 items and the absolute fear of losing them adds to the experience, but frankly even if u started with binge eater and pyromaniac eventually you are going to find Tech and Brim in that run. There just arent that many Q4 items to make diverse runs, eventually you are going to find most of them.
In my opinion, I'd say that humiliated characters should've been more of a joke unwinnable/challenge characters. Something like keeper that has double shot but the only coin drops are sticky pennies, that would replace sticky nickels. (Other coins would just always despawn.) Now THAT would be humiliating.
Honestly this feels OP Like, even antibirth damocules was less balanced maybe that'd be a fun version of this mod Basically how antibirth damocules was that you got double of EVERY item pedistal allowing free shops and devil deals However if you got hit even once and only once it acted like current damocules but each time you got hit the chance every second increased from something like 1/4000 every second to 2/4000, 3/4000 and so on
Hey hurts I have an every item is challenge and it's a doozy Every item is "mustard seed"- it's a stat up for every floor you go without using or picking up any consumables i.e if you want to go to the item room you don't get any stats. (You could also give yourself magneto to pull the consumables in if you think it's too easy)
Wouldn't this character get the same synergy every single run? It would be Brim, Tech X, Sacred Heart every time - strong yes but boring and also it defeats the purpose of the game. Concept with trading your items for hits is interesting though!
Too broken. Maybe if they change it to give you fewer items so you would be having less hits to spare?... or maybe just fixing the spider baby quality 4 bug. Idk. Cool idea tho
I feel like this mod would work better if there was a thing that forced items to have zero quality and you have to do specific things to upgrade the quality limit mainly because this will balance out the start of the run to make it actually difficult and two won't result in you becoming overpowered way too quickly
Not sure if you are one of those people that never touch the debug menu or not but funny build idea if you are open to them and the funny chaos (recommend you enter a random seed or w/e to prevent accidental achievements) Tainted/Normal Keeper Items: Head of the Keeper Tiny planet Strange Attractor Soy milk Parasite Crickets body Money = power Deep pockets With your choice of Greeds Gullet and/or Spoon bender Or Continuum with a bit of range items and My Reflection if you decide not to use Tiny Planet Your recipe for funny chaos😂 oh and trust me, just fire once And yes I got all of these items accidentally excluding Greeds gullet without going to debug mode so I found this by accident If you REALLY want your frames to die and make the game crash, give yourself chain lightning, because good GOD
I think itd be better if instead of just tier 4, instead you start only finding a tier and then as you deplete the tier pool, it goes to one tier lower so once you seen all tier 4s, it goes to tier 3 and so on I think thatd be really cool or if you wanna make it more fun make it so ypu start at tier 0 and make your way up to tier 4
Z Side is what it's like when I first started playing and got frustrated so I turned on the console and started giving myself items so I could win. After I did that I wiped my save file and have played the game organically. I imagine this is what would happen to people who download this mod and play Lost. Is it a joke mod?
why isnt it, "better destiny, no protection." basically items that the lost doesnt need dont spawn, AND hearts dont spawn, theres a few more things but every item, trinket, pickup or anything that allows even just a CHANCE of taking an extra hit is gone, including sci fly because f**k you
