Ole Miss has a shocker lost to Kentucky on September 28th 2024. Ole Miss Fan Trent In The Sip reacts to the loss #olemiss #olemissfootball #collegefootball
Die hard ole miss here, and I agree that shit has to stop .. I don’t care what team does it.. it’s wrong and honestly makes me lose respect for my team.. it’s disgraceful.. other than that Hotty toddy
First off UK is a dang good team don’t let that record fool you. They should have beaten GA but had a pick six called back that should’ve been legal. They are legit
The fake Ole Miss injuries were an embarrassment, especially the first one. Did you see Dart motion to Jones to go down? There should be suspensions for that.
Bad day to be a rebel but a great day to be a cat😹 on a real note if any ole miss fan needs help grieving a tough agonizing defeat I’m sure myself or any other Kentucky fan could help you we’ve had some experience😅
"grieving a tough agonizing defeat" Distant memory. Sure, there was the days of intercepting 7 passes against Florida but still losing on a long TD pass in the final minute and losing to LSU on a last-second hail mary after calling an unnecessary timeout. But Rich Brooks changed the culture and ended that defeat-from-the-jaws-of-victory business and Kentucky learned how to close football games. Stoops has followed suit. A loss is a loss. A win is a win. That is Kentucky football today. The heartbreaking losses business is almost completely out of the rearview mirror.
Honestly I’m not shocked cause Kentucky played Georgia to a 13-12 final score! Ole Miss hasn’t played anyone and was overhyped ! That’s just my take on it.
You knew they had a crazy good defense. They found them selves here against ole miss. Hats off to both teams but I’m here for my cats! C. A. T. S. Cats cats cats!!
I understand your pain. Really do. We were one point away from feeling like you do right now. It sucks but you'll be fine for the rest of the season. Good Luck!!
I'm a UK guy hey man it happens, you guys have a great team, but our guy's are getting better every game. Its tough in the SEC as everyone knows, that's probably the reason we get 3 or 4 teams in and I'm sure you guys will be one of them.
Something people forget about the Kentucky offense is that they are on a new offensive coordinator for the 4th year in a row with a new quarterback in 3 of those years. The offensive line has been a rebuilding project, and their RB1 has not played a snap yeti. The O line has struggled early but are starting to show signs of figuring things out. First time starting quarterback is starting to get enough time to find secondary reads, and RB1 should be back after the off week. Kentucky's offense is a work in progress but are starting to look like a SEC offense. The defense has NFL talent on all three levels. The freshman have came in and kept the level of play high (Soles, Nichols). I think this team will be a handful by the end of the season. Willie Rodriguez set the tone on the opening kickoff when he leveled the returner. I was curious, did the returner play another play? Not trying to be a jerk, just don't remember seeing him again during the game. Hope he wasn't injured.
The last 3 uk vs ole miss games were decided by 3 points or less...the 1 b4 this 1 went in to ot and cats would have won if not for an illegal motion cus dane key moved too soon...good game...yall be alright movin forward.
The SEC is really difficult this year, plenty of parody....ALA, UGA, TX, and TN are the cream of the crop while Ole Miss, Oklahoma, KY, Missouri, South Carolina, Texas A&M, LSU, are in the middle, and the lower tier is Aub, Ark, FL, Vandy, and only Miss St is considered the worst...(but more of the lower and middle may fall down with Miss St).
Lane is a heck of a Coach. Kentucky was due and had the breaks fall their way for once. Kentucky had the advantage of two other tough SEC games so they knew how hard they needed to focus. Ole’ Miss having come off those easy wins and Kentucky being their first SEC game it was a Trap game for Ole Miss to be sure. You sound as discouraged as we fans did after our loss to South Carolina. Ole Miss still has one of the best teams in the conference this season and it won’t be an impossible task to see them win out. Kentucky’s defense is the real deal and finally Stoops took enough of the reign off on the Offense that gave our defense enough breathing room. Tre Harris is scary good bye the way.
Disappointed yes, but remember, these are young men…They’ll bounce back!…Kiffin will make sure of that. We can still have a great season. Love my Rebs! ❤️💙❤️💙
Your correct. They are young men. Know we get upset with decisions and things they do sometimes but no one is perfect. Mistakes will be made but hope we can find ways to win the rest of our games this year
And remember this isn’t kentucky 99-05 or 2009-15. They are a respectable team now. They are a better program right now than Florida. Have to put some respect on them.
Respect as a born and raised Kentucky fan. Even though y’all faked injuries lol. I had 0 faith we win this game after we blew it against UGA and got blown out by SC. Football is a weird thing. This is our biggest road win in like 50 years and our biggest ranked win since Lamar in Louisville or 2007 LSU. The sun rarely shines on Lexington. Today was our day. Good luck the rest of the season. ✌️
I kind of understand what you are saying but if you go back and look at the last two times we've played each other both of those games were down to the wire games you just didn't think you would lose to UK even tho you haven't played or beaten anyone all year it's the SEC you have to respect every team or it ends up being like this
After 57 years as a Rebel, I realize that NOTHING has changed except for the fact that we now spend tens of millions of dollars to lose to unranked teams at home! Hopes high. Fans show up, Rebels disappoint! We SUCKED on ALL sides of the ball: coaching, offense, defense AND special teams! Total embarrassment! I'm so fucking pissed right now!
This is not the Dart we are used to. Was expecting a lot better from him and others today. Defense penalty’s hurt. Defense could have played little better for sure but overall not to bad
Really I thought both teams had bad play calling. I didn’t agree with a lot of our play calling and same for Kentucky thought they had several bad play calls too
It could be worse. You could be an Auburn fan. Kentucky and Ole Miss both look like they are better positioned than Auburn to compete in the expanded SEC. Missouri looks like it will be a factor in the expanded SEC long before Auburn will. Or would Ole Miss like to have Hugh Freeze back? If you are in the top half of the toughest league in the country don't give up on your coach so soon. Ole Miss will probably upset somebody this season. I am guessing LSU.
I don’t know if ole miss beating lsu would be an upset. LSU looks soft. I think they go down there and handle business. The USCJr. Game will be interesting because of that Dline. If ole miss can sure up some things on that oline for this weekend they could go on a run here and this one loss won’t mean much when it’s all said and done.
kentucky had a superior game plan and executed it very well. . . . i couldn't tell what the Rebel game plan was . . . we looked pretty clueless . . . . where were our #2 and #3 receivers?. . . how about a screen play or two or three to slow down the rush?. . . how about swinging the back out of the backfield for a pass every now and then? . . . do we know what a draw play is? . . . were the tight ends in the witness protection program? . . . . . . so many questions . . . . . . so many . . . . . . . .
Man I feel you, I hate it for your fan base but I also hate it that this fanbase that they have to deal with a unethical coach that uses unethical ways to get free timeouts
Hay man, sorry about the loss..I know but you all will be fine. Thank you for such a nice honest rebudutle ..you just earned another subscriber today even in a losing effort..god speed
bruhh the season just started. We all have a decent number of games left for a better shot at the new expanded playoffs field. It's your 1st loss. Hope this doesn't cost y'all in the hunt for CFP. Wish every player all the health and injury free. Tough loss for y'all, but a great #SEC game! Best wishes! #BBN
KY has built their reputation up over the last 8 years, most under rated team in the SEC ( a winning program that wins 7 to 10 games a year). They can sneak up on anyone if you don't treat them like another ranked top 10 or top 20 team in the country. You have to have a good strong running and passing game mixed in with a little more explosive pass plays...,so some of the most fundamental strong offense to put a team like this away early and hang on at the end with strong defense of your own.
@@tb12olemiss I just hope that this game taught them something, and they can shake it off. We cannot afford to lose to SC next week. If that happens we are done. I love my Rebels and I had such high hopes this year. The last time I had this kind of hope is when Chad Kelly was QB and we beat Bama, LSU and Auburn in a single year. Prayerfully they can shake off this loss, and not let it happen again. Maybe being embarrassed at home will actually be the catalyst that propels us forward. HOTTY Toddy
When Ole Miss is looking down at Kentucky like they're Alabama it's just embarrassing. You realize UK has just as much talent as Ole Miss. Yeah the Oline sucks and theyre missing their best running back, offensive lineman, and defensive back and still the eyeball test you see equal talent. UK just made a few more plays.
As a OM fan it’s one game you can go to work figure out what you did wrong and go win the rest of your games or you can let this game ruin the season. Ether way a year from now it want matter and nobody will care. So I guess the choice is theirs.
Probably but your schedule compared to what UK has played up to this point. UK defense is legit, gonna beat your butt in basketball and women's basketball, baseball softball volleyball, etc, not a bad loss UK has one of the top 2 defenses in the SEC
Y’all have to play South Carolina on the road before LSU, a team that smashed Kentucky and should’ve beat LSU. Big chance y’all lose one of your next two games
Stoops going on 4th down from his 20 and completing a long pass would never happen again! Actually the receiver pushed off on that catch and I’m not an Ole Miss fan. I’m a Tenn fan and I couldn’t believe it either! You have more class than I probably would! Lol
after every kentucky play on offense that moved the ball you guys got a free timeout with all the fake injuries and still lane couldn't stop the CATS. its not a good look for ole miss though, they looked like big babies trying to stop kentucky without being able to do it during the plays so they fall down and act like they got hurt and come right back after the next play. the ncaa needs to step up and stop this crap. GO BIG BLUE BTW!!!!!
I’ll be honest with you. Lane has been doing it for a long time with the fake injuries. I understand why he does it and he takes advantage of the rule for sure. It is right no it’s not right at all
@@tb12olemiss not right at all and it makes ole miss look really bad like the boy who cried wolf. kiffin is gone as soon as a big job(florida)comes his way and you guys will hate the gators even more than i do. rumor has it, kiffins daughters name is knoxville and her nickname is tuscaloosa but she changed it to gainesville for her underhanded daddy. GO CATS!!!!! basketball won't be any easier btw.
@@tb12olemiss appreciate all your coverage brother, know your just sick, as am I.. hate it for everyone involved.. to their credit they have a legit D line but the better team lost..
