People should try listening to the full interview with Rick James, that they cut to bits for these segments. One thing that becomes clear in it is how close Rick was with the Murphy brothers and how much they cared for each other. It´s funnier this way, but the real story is just as good, plus Rick is a great story teller on top of it. RIP to both of them.

According to him, Prince found Dave Chapelle hilarious. In fact there is a scene in the Charlie Murphy story that shows Dave dressed up as Prince serving pancakes. (One of the foods Prince loved) Prince thought it was so funny that when he released his song Breakfast can Wait, he had Dave Chapelle dressed up as him on the album cover.
