I love these! I love mountains and mountainscapes! I hope you do more. One idea would be to do a seaside mountain/cliff scene. I am sure that you would make it awesome! Thanks for sharing!
just straight up fun mind candy ! these cold be an awesome collection on a shelf ! I love this kind of thing, all miniature landscape things are my favorite.
Oh! So cool! Both dormant and erupting volcanos would be super cool. I don’t know how much harder it would be to create these just a little smaller but they would make beautiful, magical toppers for a walking stick or staff.
Dude those are cool! You should maybe try a crystal one. Like a fantasy landscape. I’m not sure how exactly that would work but it would definitely be neat!
Plan 2 worked out awesome; love Love LOVE them. I'd love see you doing some with fossil shells real or carved. They would be a great add to your store...
Beautiful work Theo! Loved the sphere shape you chose, and love the mountain scenes! Someday I want to try to work with acrylic, actually already bought some! I’m glad you’re doing this, I’m learning a lot. And thanks for making me laugh out loud (9:00).😂👍👍👍
Well as an artist myself I think those would be amazing bed Post, or door knobs, heck you could make smaller ones for kitchen cabinets etc etc Way to go brother
* I'd like to see the Big Butte Mesa outside of Great Falls. It would be awesome.. ~ I have watched your other channel for Years, This is the First time Here. Love watching you make things.. Keep up the great work...
These are awesome! I personally like the Dessert Scene Globe the most! Would be really cool to recreate a Trilobite scene from the Ordovician with little trilobites in the globe! 😎🎉❤
Holy cows, when I saw the thumbnails I thought you'd used Australian mallee burl, but no! You totally sculpted those mountains! And they came out so much better than a burl. They're both great but I especially like the desert mesas. Yes, more please! I'm thinking jungle waterfall, pebbly shore, flowery meadow...
What fun! I wonder if you could make a Florida creek bed with elephant ears on the edge and tiny shark teeth in the water? Maybe also a baby echinoid. But of course you can. You can make a vision into reality and you take all of us along on the voyage.
Those are truly magical little worlds! Those are awesome Theo! They are just beautiful, and the easy with which you change gears and adapt, has always just blown my mind! Its just amazing. I love your little worlds and a scene of the yellowstone and the rocks piled up to and in it, would be awesome! just a thought. They are beautiful and i would love to see these offered in your etsy store. Thanks Theo!
I think it would be cool to make a little pyramid out of agate slabs inside the globe and drill a hole in the bottom to run an LED light up behind the pyramid to light it up.
You can seal the end-grain by mixing up and painting on small amount of resin… and wld prob prevent the bubbles that formed all across the modpodge layer…. Which did kinda give it a cool texture, but I know you weren’t after that effect. Lovely project!
I think it might be better to use UV resin instead of mod podge to seal the wood. The Mod Podge not be holding up very well because the resin gets so hot when it cures.
