When you're taking off, you have to point your camera up into the sky, and then aim up to take off. You're welcome for the tip.

To pull up, you need to have enough speed to rotate ( V1 ) and to rotate you need to click the right mouse button and aim down and then move the mouse without holding the right mouse button to pull up.
