I Changed Coach | What it's like sparring with Men. 

I changed coach and moved to the mens group. Every Taekwondo session has become far more intense and extremely challenging in a new way! Lads are physically stronger of course, so sparring the lads is quite the pressure. I am loving every day so far! Testing me, but in an exciting way 😁 The World championships are only weeks away!
I work some evenings at an events kitchen, it's my go to stress relief and break from training.. Although it's quite an active job my mind is free when I am cooking/cleaning/socialising with different types of people so I feel like it's my little reset and time to let my mind wander.
