Hi Jess, I successfully transited my two cats from canned food ti commercial raw diet and I am very happy with the result. I am in Canada and I started with raw diets made by Big Country Raw which is a company in Canada. I told them one of my cats has struvite crystals in his bladder and they told me not to choose duck and rabbit so I chose raw chicken, salmon and needs to start, I add raw fermented goat milk (not the powder by Honest Kitchen but the frozen ones which is raw and much better) ti their raw diets and I add a bit warm water (not hot water as I do not want to cook the raw bones to cause choking hazard) and they drink a lot of water and I am very happy! 😸😺🐶🐕🙏❤️

I tried feeding beef heart to Panda and Colbie. They would not eat it raw or boiled. They did drink some of the juice. The black lab next door, Ramish, enjoyed another "cat rejected" treat! LOL. About all my cats eat right now is raw ground beef. I add a supplement to it, to make sure the are getting vitamins, minerals and taurine. Teenagers! Geesh.

My kitten is 5 months old and haven’t ventured past his ground raw chicken diet. I have added beef and salmon for variety into the main recipe. Progress! I want to try this soon as he just got his adult teeth in his jaw and it might feel good on his gums. I’m so glad I’m making his food as he eats more than our 2 two year old cats combined 😂. It’s cheaper and better.

Jessica have you tried the Holistic Vet Blends , I just add them to raw meat , can review their ingredients I use the senior blend

That's a nice batch of food for your cat. I still just order the pre-made raw from Primal Pet Foods. It is balanced so I don't have to think about the meat to bone balance. I still add raw meat toppings to the cats food. Love your videos!

That's a great idea with the garbage bag. I actually got a frozen Viva package in my last order that was breached as well. I figured it's just something that happens once in a while. Rocky is still on ground meat, but my next order will include some chunky meat from Hare Today so he can get the chewing experience. I can't wait to see what you got for yourself that's gonna make things easier for you. 👍 Thanks for another great video. What do you think about kindfull and applaws? I’ve been using kindfull kibble because that’s kinda what I can afford for now and my cats poops are bulky and very stinky. So I wanna try applaws but I would like to know your opinion first

What was that you sprinkled on his good ? Our cats, won't eat ground beef, chicken livers, fresh fish , ground turkey, Sardines, eggs...We read they should all be cooked it's dangerous raw..we read cats like fresh peas, and other veggies, and even fruits, like watermelon, cantaloupe, bananas plus. My cats won't eat any of that...

Ok. At the end of this video you say everything we need is in the 'description below'. I can find lots of videos but nothing labeled description. I have 11 cats & feed them wet fancy feast except 1 cup of dry overnight for all of them. I know you have designed this so we can help ourselves but I have trouble maneuvering through the great vids you feature. What I need to find is a small portion suggestion to start. Obviously it will start small but I'm overwhelmed. Should I just by some variety from the grocer butcher & give tiny portions to each of their meals & work the trade off week by week? I don't want to ask you to give me one on one. I know that's why you've provided so many help vids. I just don't know where to start & avoid waste or contamination. I read somewhere the I could purchase chicken feet, blanch then in warm water and give them to my kitty. Has anyone heard of that or were they pulling my leg?

Do you warm up those frozen meats in a microwave or somehow else before feeding?
