Yes! Make that video! I'm at yet another point in my career where a job transition is in order. Good news: it's never too late to pivot. I've been fortunate-enough to have a long career in my vocation but would like to change direction, with hopes that it will become a better, sustainable version of what used to be short-term assignments.

Sounds like familiar info, but I come at it from a very unique perspective that many people will be able to relate to!
I have a graduate degree in HR. I couldn't find a job in the field so I became a pest control tech until I landed an HE gig. 2.5 years later...I feel like such a loser.

Hello Something I have been in search for quite sometime is a connection with somebody that goes beyond vanity. It's very hard to do in this day and age. People can be, somewhat very superficial. On my quest to achieve this I have learnt a lot about human nature. It seems to me that those who are not given traits such as beauty or being wealthy are some of the nicest, kindest and generous people. While the "gorgeous" and well off seem to be the most arrogant and greedy people out there. Of course that's not to say there aren't beautiful kind people out there. I've been in the process of change for a while now and I have made some decent changes but don't you just hate it when people can't let go of your past mistakes. I saw your profile and it intrigued me. I wanted to learn more about who you are and what type of path you would like on in life. Can we talk?

Wow! This really spoke to me. I am in tech, but I love teaching new employee, mentoring, building training materials. Ever company I have done projects for in other tech things, has seen my love for helping grow teams and has used me to build success training materials, I have mentor over 70 new web developers, designs, and so on. But these success were done on the side, because my role with each company was something else, Project Manager for Website Development, WordPress Web Developer, Technical Writer for legal process to automation, Internet Security, etc... My passion would rise when a new employee was hired and I was allowed to train them, or when I was asked to build an CMS Training document, that is when I became alive. I didn't know there was a career for this?!!!! I WANT THIS CAREER!! Thank you for sharing your story.

I watched all your videos and I gained confidence in the interview process with information that allowed me to study/practice before my big panel interview. I landed a large job and wanted to thank you for presenting such good content that wasn't available to me before. You're great at what you do and you put it in an entertaining format that didn't put me to sleep like the others. Keep it up and I wish you well in the future.
Just got done with my phone interview. Said I would hear back from them in 2 weeks. I sent my Thank You email the day after. However, with the follow-up email, should I email 5 days after the phone interview or 5 days after the 2 weeks wait?

In my current job search, I'm using your videos as a guide and I'm slaying it. I'm currently interviewing for two jobs I really want, and after using your cover letter advice, got a response back on an application for my dream job after only 20 minutes. Your advice is the best! Absolutely Amazing, I parted from my job on Monday, May, 2, 2022. The craziest part I did not quit and they did not want to say they fired or released me. I have a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management with Specialization in Human Resources 2015 with no experience. I am currently on the search and in need of much help to attempted to be in the field of my degree and at the same time I feel like you I am a very dependable and a hard worker but just may not be the brightest lightbulb in the box lol. I had my third interview on yesterday with the Regional Vice President of the company and I believe it was Tuesday the 3rd that I ran across your video on RU-vid. Thanks for all that you do!
Make that video! I feel like all the advice I ever hear from entrepreneurs kind of assumes that everyone secretly or not so secretly wants to own a business, and that is so not me.
