The Cyrusher is definitely built for being off-road, and if your commute is through a big field or up a mountain then it's perfect! That being said, it does function brilliantly around town, but like you said it is heavier than your average commuter. TL;DR - If you're commuting always in the city, get a folder, if you like exploring, get a Cyrusher.
Hello. I love your videos, they have been very helpful, since i'm looking at the cyrusher's. It's going to be my first e-bike, however I've seen another that i'm interested in. I wanted to ask if you have any knowledge about it as i'm struggling to find any video's anywhere of reviews etc. It's called the Splach patriot pro, If you do have any info at all, i'd be extremely grateful. Hello again, I know I’ve messaged once already. But wanted to get the opinion off people with more knowledge. I’m getting my first ebike, decided on Cyrusher after watching your videos. Just can’t decide between the xf800, xf900 or the new Kommoda. What recommendation would you give to a first time e biker?
Just bought and built blue KOMMODA called "Bikey". Short for "Bikey McBike Face". Brilliant video. Loveit! But I put the front guards on the right way round. Also your stem is wrong way round. Glad you didnt do the build video....
A bike with motor on rim, won't be good for offroading...it must have the motor at the middle of the bike! Otherwise on the first jump...guess what motor jumps to, and that is a recepy for disaster! :P I have one, know what i am talking about...just not a youtube hater with no experience..or even a keyboard warrior! lol!
Why do you advertise it as 750 watts when you're filming in the UK and you know it's only 250 watts legal limit here. You're giving out false information where people will want this version and it won't be legal. These videos make make sick. The only reasons you're making this video is because of the money. Stop advertising this as road legal.
If you buy this bike in the UK, its restricted to 250w and 15 mph, the UK version and ROAD legal... This is the U.S version, not sure why they advertised the US version of the bike.
If you want to ride this bike on the road think before you buy it ? Look at government guidelines especially ebikes for on the road else the bike will be confiscated like they do with electric scooters consistently.
Not legal to ride off-road either except on private land with landowner's permission. So can't be ridden on vast majority of off-road trails. Makes me wonder where in Surrey, where I live, were they doing this and therefore, was it legal?
