So the guy teaching me how to run an agency is closing his own agency because teaching me how to run my agency is more profitable than him having his own agency... interesting bro interesting

"Do what's most practical." That really resonated with me, because I feel like I tried it backwards. I wanted to have my own software company once, invested all this money into it but made little to no profit. But one afternoon, I decided to start an agency with what I knew as a developer, and it has made me way more money than I thought it would and has allowed me to quit my job.
