I do this but with wasps, and I gave them the wacky name of cawsp. I especially love to mix and mash them with tarantula hawk wasps. Honestly, bugs are cute on their own, but with a chaotic fur ball, it just gets better.

I love your art, and I love how open you are about how many mistakes they’re are in art. Almost every other art channel doesn’t include them. This often ends up in people feeling bad over their art because of all the mistakes they’ve made. Side note, I adore editor Sarah.

Two of my favorite animals in one go, the mitten is so cute. Also, fun fact, the white or black dots and moths and butterflies wings are “false eyes.” They give the illusion that the moth is looking to scare off potential predators! :DD

This is the most preciously adorable Mitten ever!!!!! This will be my favorite #1 video even on my 28 B-day.💖 Story: Our favorite wizard of Ice who was tending her garden (magic & non magic plants & flowers) but then heard a rustling sound in one of her petunia flower bushes and discovered a basket with a large blanket hiding what ever's inside but there was meowing so it could be few kittens. but when she took the blanket off it was no ordinary kitten it was a Mitten a moth like cat & a cat- o - lantern, she rush them inside since the poor angels almost starved to death and brought them some fresh milk since her puppies were kind enough to share, she named them Jacko & Petunia & it was love at first sight. & from that very new year things have been very much sweeter. Hope you love the story, see you next time.💖

ooooooh if you're ever struggling with masking tape OR patterning the body for sewing, I have a tip!!! Use some plastic wrap like the stuff you'd wrap food in at restaurants or for making leftovers and just attach the tape to there, with only a small "lip" of tape holding the contraption in place. this has saved me MANY times from sewing and painting disaster! after it's done, you can also cut the cocoon in half to create a rough sewing pattern! I use this for cosplay to cover skin-tight parts of a suit, but I bet it would be great for a project like this as well! Happy crafting!

I am one of those people who watch things of animals and adore toys, so for me this is the BEST video of a mitten I have ever seen. The 'siamese' pattern is actually called colorpoint! It's essentially a pattern where the cat's coldest areas (ears, tail, paws, nose) become pigmented, but the rest doesn't. Fun fact: all colorpoint kittens are born white! Because they're evenly warmed in their mother's womb and can't regulate their own temperature until they're a few weeks old, the color doesn't start appearing until they're a little older. Most colorpoint kittens start getting slightly pigmented around 2-3 weeks, generally starting around the edges of their ears, and the color gradually spreads until you get that classic mask, socks and tail :D

In the early 2000s there was a series of plush toys called Catapillars, i.e. cat+caterpillar. They were basically cats with butterfly wings, except there was no attempt to be realistic. They had those thin stretchy fabric costume wings like you can still get at Michael's, with rhinestones and glitter and plastic tiaras. I have like four of them because I loved them, but this is honestly what I actually WANTED them to be.

I have a suggestion- you should make a mat or a moth+cat for this mitten, it'd be really cute in my opinion. You aren't being pressured into doing it I'm just tryna give an idea but you dont have to make it. I am a fan of your work but I like watching people make clay creations like you do!
