Inhaling dust is not good for you no matter what type of dust/powder it is. The amount of blue powder on some of their faces around the eyes and nose was a really big cringe moment. When I maintained a paint shop our insurance carrier would have cited us and raised our rates while putting us on probation and reporting us to OSHA. Then there would of course be fines and a more through review to pass. Getting caught doing that can put you out of business. Best!

Wow; no masks while powder coating, unreal. The vast majority of powder materials are non-toxic to humans, but the dust particles have sharp edges and they can cause irritation to the breathing passage or eyes. The minimum requirement is a National Institute for Occupational Health and Safety-approved dust mask and safety glasses, well at 50 years old they can just use oxygen tubes to breath while working I guess.

Nice video, and do use safety jacks, or make some if you do not have them. Nice to see Hillbilly explaining the starter issue, disappointed in that there are no safety jacks under the car.

Hillbilly that is a horrible practice to work underneath hydraulics, telehandler holding the front of your car up. You should use tall jackstands to hold the weight assuming the lift is not available keep the telehandler hooked up for convenience. Maybe get a 2 or 4 post lift installed outdoors for stuff like this so you don't risk your life in the future.

DANG Hillbilly, I was sittin here holding my breath that the car didn't crush you to death even though the video was already done beforehand. At the least some tall tires on each side to be able to lay flat real quickly if it did come down on you.

Hill billy never work under a car that's not set up so as it doesn't kill you, must have jack stands or tires to prevent it from dropping on you.

Hope Oh-sha doesn’t stumble across this vid with HillBilly working under a suspended load. 😮 Always great to watch Robby working his magic on dents. 👍

Hey Hillbilly and Robby, there is an excellent way to keep bees and wasps from nesting in your cars. Check online for battery run ultrasonic bee and wasp repellent modules. You can put them wherever you want to keep those stinging critters out. Another way is to throw a car cover or tarp over the vehicle and secure it tight. Both methods work great!

Hillbilly needs some kind of support under that car. I can’t imagine if a hydraulic line blew while he was under it.

What is wrong with hillbilly sitting under that car. Just a matter of time before you get killed. Robby don't let this happen to your friend

Hillbilly's got a death wish crawling under his derby car while it's in the air like that hanging by a strap and hydraulics. If either the strap fails or the hydraulics fail, Hillbilly's dead!

Real bad choice for Hillbilly to be working under the car like he did. That's instant death.
