Lord, please help us. I have ckd. I'm on pd dialysis but also had the port in my groin, then in my chest, now a catheter in my stomach. Your story brought tears to my eyes. I'm on the transplant list too. Prayers🙏🏽
Dawn all I can say is God bless you and stay strong. I have not seen most of your videos and I could not even watch this one it just sounds so painful. I just hope you are doing much better in 2023. My GFR was at 4 and now I'm up to 17 because I changed my diet. I am doing everything possible to avoid dialysis. Peace and blessings

Girl I went through the same thing it was so traumatizing getting my hemo port pulled I was in agonizing pain and Idk why they say 20 minutes to remove I had a male nurse and it took him an hour and a half of tugging at the port because it would not come out! I’m praying for you and god willing we both get our transplants soon! ❤️❤️stay strong please
I wondered why you had to specify the gender of the nurse. Was this to imply that the reason the procedure was agonizing was because a male was performing it?
I had mine removed yesterday and besides the anesthetic jab the removal took about 15mins with slight pressure from the pulling and yanking. Saw a youtube vid before and noticed how difficult it seems to remove. Pretty gory.

Omg I went in to renal failure on 11/21/21 from that day until 3/29/23 I had 10 catheter replaced I failed fistula last July .on 3/29/23 I had my graft done it been working great
