I cover a piece of pork with salt and forget about it for three days. 

I really like this recipe, because you don't need to cook anything, just mix the spices, rub a piece of lard or pork belly and forget about it for 3 days. After three days, wash it under running water and enjoy delicious lard or offal.
Ingredients:
per 1 kg of belly fat
100 g of salt, but more is better
0.5 teaspoons of lard or onion seasoning
0.5 tsp of black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
